Description
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and a large terrace with beautiful views. The apartment is part of a small farm, far from traffic and noise, but close to small and bigger villages. The buildings during restructuring have kept the original features, adapted for comfortable and attractive setting, where you can relax and enjoy the silence, or participate in all kind of local initiatives, festivities, events, etc.

The space

The apartment is around 60 sqm in size, with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area with kitchenette, with terracotta flooring. It is bright and airy and situated in a splendid, undisturbed position.

The rooms each have double beds with a total of 4 sleeping places, or 6 including the sofa bed in the living. The master bedroom is furnished with a dresser, the other room has a wardrobe and a small chest. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. The kitchen space is very large, equipped with oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine and crockery. In the living room there is a table, sofa bed and two armchairs.

The apartment has a large covered terrace, where you can enjoy eating outside for most of the year, and is surrounded by much green space, with a lovely view of the surrounding hills.

Privacy and silence reign between the different apartments on the site (a total of four) and guests will not be disturbed. The apartment is equipped with gas heating; all windows have mosquito nets.

Guest access

Guests have use of the pool and the garden table next to the pool and car parking in the barn. They may also wander at leisure around the extensive property.

Other things to note

During the summer you can take advantage of the many local festivals, where you can taste the local foods, buy local crafts ( pottery of Deruta eg . ), Visit the beautiful museums of Perugia and Chiusi, take part in sailing courses on Lake Trasimeno, visit the volcanic lake Bolsena, have riding lessons in the neighboring riding, cycling, rafting.

Deze agriturismo ligt op een hele mooie plek met schitterend uitzicht over de (Toscaanse) heuvels en bergen. We verbleven met ons gezin (twee volwassenen en drie kinderen) in een appartement. Het appartement is geschakeld met een tweede appartement. Toch heb je voldoende privacy. Het bescheiden zwembad is heerlijk en ligt mooi tussen de olijfbomen. Lisa is zeer behulpzaam. We hebben van haar heel veel tips ontvangen voor activiteiten in de omgeving. Er is ontzettend veel moois te doen en te zien.

Wat een fijne mensen zijn Ulli en Anna Lisa. Ze ontvingen ons met wijn ,chocolade en olijfolie en een paar heerlijke pruimen uit de tuin. Het uitzicht is geweldig en wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf op het platteland. Het zwembad is niet super groot, maar voldoet prima. Alles is keurig en wij zouden zo weet terug komen. Bedankt voor de fijne week.

Anna-Lisa et son mari sont charmant et parlent très bien le français. Ils sont disponibles et donnent des adresses et informations pertinentes pour les visites dans les environs. Le cadre est magnifique, on se sentait sur une île dans un océan de verdure.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato particolarmente piacevole, Anna Lisa è gentile, cordiale e disponibile. La casa si trova in un luogo meraviglioso, raggiungibile facilmente col navigatore. Ottimo luogo per rilassarsi, consigliatissimo!

Desideriamo ringraziare Anna Lisa e il marito per la gentilezza e la cortesia con cui ci hanno accolto. Il luogo è eccezionale: totalmente immerso nella natura, ma ben collegato con le infrastrutture viarie. Dal Poggio, l’ampiezza della vista consente di spaziare con lo sguardo e godere del paesaggio sia naturale che agricolo. La Casa è adatta anche ai bambini: i giochi disponibili e la piscina offrono divertimento e sano movimento. Al benessere generale contribuisce anche Gogo, il simpatico volpino che non dimentica di augurare il buongiorno e di prestarsi alle coccole di bambini. E può accadere, al tramonto o nel primo mattino, di imbattersi in una famiglia di cerbiatti che “abitano” liberi il territorio dei Poggi. Really amazing view, nice pool and beautiful surroundings. Possibility to bbq is really great, the house is wonderful. Lots to do in the neighbourhood! We had a great time (family with 2 kids (age 10 and 6)!
