Description
The villa is suitable for up to 10 Adults + 2 infants. 2 cots, 2 high chairs and a bed guard are also available. There are 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, all air-conditioned. There is excellent 1 Giga fibre optic broad band WiFi Signal throughout the whole property. Large games room with a small library, internet & satellite TV, pool table, table tennis, air hockey, exercise bicycle with computer, table football and dartboard.

The spacious lounge/diner has air-conditioning and 60" Smart TV. The additional TV in the kItchen also has smart TV apps installed. The pool is heated automatically to 30'c and surrounded by large terraces. It has it's own shower, a covered shelter and is not overlooked and totally secluded. There is ample pool terrace furniture and BBQ area with table and seating for 12 people on the kitchen terrace.

The lounge and bedroom terraces overlook the recently revamped landscaped gardens and pool. The vill is set in approx 1 acre of beautiful secluded and secure gardens, situated in an excellent location with numerous golf courses, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches all within easy driving distance. The property offers the perfect base for families and friends of all ages.

Terms and Conditions
Payment Policy
All bookings are subject to the Terms and Conditions as specified in this document unless otherwise arranged and confirmed in writing with the Owner. Email, Fax or Telephone bookings will be held for a period of ten days to allow for the completed booking form and initial deposit to be received. A deposit of £250 (which is non-refundable) is payable when making the reservation. The balance of the rental charge must be paid no later than six weeks prior to your intended arrival date, failing which the deposit may be forfeited and the reservation cancelled. Reminders for payment are not normally sent. In the event of late payment, the Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Reservations within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking. £500.00 is payable when making the final payment. The deposit is returnable within 14 days after your departure if no damages or breakage’s have occurred, and will be returned by bank transfer to your nominated bank account. If there are any breakages or damages in excess of the damages deposit, the Guest must agree to reimburse the Owner or Manager in full. Any substantial breakage or damages caused by the Guest, the Guest’s family or those on the property at the invitation of the Guest, or by any unacceptable behaviour of the Guest, may result in immediate eviction from the Villa without compensation or claim for loss and damages from the Owner. In this event the Owner will have no further contractual obligations to the Guest. The rental period will normally commence from 16.00 hours on the agreed date of arrival until 10.00 hours on the agreed departure date. Changes to these times can sometimes be agreed with the villa manager according to the arrival and departure times of our other guests. The rental period can only be varied in writing by and with the prior agreement of the Owner & the villa Manager. Arrangements will be made for the manager to supply keys for the Villa to the Guest upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of the booking by the Guest(s), the deposit paid is non-refundable as stated above in clause 2. Bookings. Furthermore, if the Guest(s) cancels the booking after paying the Balance Payment, a Cancellation Fee will be made as follows: - More than six weeks prior to the intended arrival date: 25% of the Balance Payment Between six and two weeks prior to the intended arrival date: 50% of the Balance Payment Less than two weeks prior to the intended arrival date: 100% of the Balance Payment.
