The rising sun, as if by magic, starts drawing at the horizon some mighty silhouettes... another couple of minutes and you find yourselves surrounded by the majestic Dolomites, in front of the impressive Fanes Alp standing out against the fiery colours of the dawn... there it is, the motherland of the epic Fanes Kingdom, that has always excited the Ladins' imagination, inspiring them to convert the legendary magic into real life.

That's how appeared the Chalets, modern interiors of refined elegance, tastefully designed in harmony with the magnificent surrounding nature, where your dreams of a holiday will finally turn into a holiday of your dreams. Everything here blends together to offer you a truly magical experience: private SPA, numerous facilities and additional services, splendid views and wonderful location – right in front of the ski slopes of the Kronplatz ski carousel (part of the immense Dolomiti Superski territory) and in the close proximity to the picturesque centre of San Vigilio di Marebbe with its shops, restaurants and après-ski.

Summer holidays are also a mix of relaxation and activities: cycling, mountain biking, extreme sports and, of course, trekking and hiking – after all, at your disposal, in addition to the Kronplatz hiking area, there is the whole Nature Park Fanes-Sennes-Prags, where, following the marmots' whistle, you might happen to be the one to find the entrance into the mythical Fanes Kingdom...

Moltina Apartement : The apartment Moltina, with a 97 sq metre floor plan, has two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The generously sized dining and living area is a welcoming space, inviting you to spend the evening curled up on the sofa and enjoying the wide range of TV channels on offer.

The fully equipped kitchen features an electric hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, utensils and crockery. You also have a washing machine and dryer for your personal laundry items.

The apartment includes the private spa in the garden with sauna, Jacuzzi and garden furnishment.

Chalet Ey de Net : The Ey de net chalet, with a 130 sq metre floor plan, has three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The generously sized dining and living area is a welcoming space, inviting you to spend the evening curled up on the sofa and enjoying the wide range of TV channels on offer.

The private spa with Finnish sauna, waterfall shower and open-air chill-out area with Jacuzzi are an indulgent treat for both mind and body.

San Vigilio di Marebbe: in the heart of the Dolomites

Marebbe, or "Mareo" as the locals call it, is the northernmost municipality in Val Badia, or Gadertal. It comprises four main centres: Pieve, Rina, Longega and the picturesque San Vigilio lying at the foot of the Dolomites. This charming mountain village, which sits 1,200 m above sea level, is home to 1,300 residents. Here, as in the rest of Val Badia, people still speak Ladino, an ancient Rhaeto-Roman language.

In San Vigilio, tradition and modernity go hand in hand: ancient farmsteads and the latest modern infrastructure sit happily side by side. The resort is set against some stunning scenery and connected to it by countless hiking trails. Almost 11,000 hectares of the Fanes - Sennes - Braies national park fall within the municipality of Marebbe. The landscape is dominated by the mighty Dolomite peaks which, justly, were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2009.

For anyone who loves unspoilt nature, San Vigilio di Marebbe is simply THE holiday destination: a place where you can leave the daily grind behind, enjoy wonderful hiking in summer and long days skiing on Plan de Corones in winter. One of the most popular skiing regions in Europe, Plan de Corones is handy to reach from San Vigilio, with ski lifts taking you all the way to the top of the mountain.

Wining and dining

The Alto Adige region's cuisine has benefited hugely from its position straddling central and southern Europe. On the one hand, you can still find traditional Alpine recipes, on the other, a constant "dialogue" has been established with Mediterranean cuisine, resulting in a successful fusion. Numerous chefs from the region more than likely owe their fame to this constant "give and take". Indeed, Alto Adige has its fair share of star and award-winning restaurants.

Just as the Ladin language is still alive and kicking, so is Val Badia still home to traditional local specialities that are simply a must-try, like "liagnes sciömiades" (smoked sausages made from chamois meat), "gnoch da zigher" (gnocchi with goat's cheese) or "crafuns mori" (fried pastries).

You can enjoy these and many other specialities in one of San Vigilio's many restaurants.

All terms are per house and day without catering., All rates are quoted per house per day and include exclusive use of the booked Chalet, two parking spots in our garage, exclusive use of the SPA in the chalet and also the free use of WiFi-Internet access., Supplements: Additional bed: +25,00 €/day Pets:+25,00 €/day, Tourist Tax: Starting from 01/01/2018 all prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax* amounting to € 2,50 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.
Cancellation Policy
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, we will charge the following charges. More than 3 months prior to arrival - free of charges 3 months to 1 month before arrival - 40% of booked value 1 month to 1 week before arrival - 70% of booked value In the last week before arrival - 90% of booked value In case of early departure or late arrival we will calculate the full rate. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered.
