Description
The property in the Ladin language means “have a good stay”, and it is with this wish and we want to welcome you in our residence. We are situated just a few minutes from the center of San Vigilio di Marebbe, known ski area and a popular holiday destination. Our apartments - 8 in total- welcome families, couples and groups of friends while discovering these spectacular Dolomites, for a rich and rewarding holiday in every season of the year. The entire building was built in 2018 and reflects a conception of modern architecture, in line with those searching comfort and flexibility.

Outside it is possible to sunbathing on our deckchairs or to relax in the whirlpool for five people with panoramic view on our terrace on the last floor of the residence. In each apartment our guests will find a living room with furnished kitchen, one or two bathrooms, one or two bedrooms and everything needed to enjoy to the fullest your stay, including an infrared sauna for two persons. The residence’s location in San Vigilio offers several opportunities of entertainment, from mountain bike trails to the Dolomiti Superski slopes, from the walks into the forest to the vie ferrate (climbing) in high altitude...

Staying at Residence a good stay in the Dolomites in San Vigilio Dolomites means enjoying the pleasure of your vacation in the fullest of your expectations. The apartments are divided into three categories depending on its size. More specifically, from apartments of category 1 for 2 people, to apartments of category 2 for 4 people each to the largest apartment of category 3, able to accommodate up to 6 people in total. All apartments dispose of a living room with kitchen, one, two or three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms and at least one balcony (except of one apartment of category 1).

The interiors are modern, in a sober style with new furniture of great charme. The panoramic view of the Dolomites and the infrared sauna present in all apartments will enrich your stay. On the terrace on the last floor, a five-persons whirlpool is available for guests only, exactly what you need to recharge the batteries while admiring the mountains around you. Other important amenities are the skiroom directly on the slopes, the indoor garage and the fitness area in the basement. The residence has an elevator so to reach comfortable every floor.

Doesn´t matter if you want to hike, bike or just relax in the warmer seasons, enjoying also the different colors of spring and autumn and the long days in summer. Also the winter is giving you a huge area to do what yuo like more. Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoehiking or gliding through the valley on our amazing nordic skiing slope will be an unforgettable experience and help you enjoy every second in our area. More over there are so many opportunities around here that you should just go for it and try!

Three apartments in total, consisting of two bedrooms, a living-room with kitchen, two bathrooms and at least one balcony. The kitchen is furnished and equipped with an induction hob, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. Possibility to have cot or crib for babies and children.

Payment Policy
The prices are indicated per apartment per week (full occupancy). During the main tourist season the apartments are rented only from saturday till saturday., In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements., All prices include: VAT, water, heating, electricity, outdoor private parking, daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms (excluding kitchens), final cleaning, bed linen with weekly change, towels with midweek change, WI-FI connection, ski-room with a ski boot dryer directly at the ski lift Miara., To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 2.10 per person (over 14 years old) per day., Additional services: token-operated washing machine and tumble dryer, fresh bread delivery and milk., Pets are allowed., Reservation is considered binding only after the payment of the requested deposit., The final bill should be settled at check-in, preferably by cash, credit card or bancomat (debit card). In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed., Check-in: from 3 p.m. till 9 p.m. (after 9 p.m. upon prior agreement)., Check-out: till 10 a.m., Smoking is not allowed in all apartments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy (according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006): Up to 31 days before arrival, no penalty, From 30 to 15 days before the arrival, cancellation penalty 50% of the total price of your stay, Within 14 days before the arrival, cancellation penalty 100% of the total price of your stay
