This house is located in Carezza in the heart of the Dolomites , a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Its strategic position located next to the start of the Paolina chairlift and a few steps from Lake Carezza , makes it a suitable structure for stays of all kinds: training meetings, moments of reflection, relaxation, holidays for individuals, families and groups of every age.

The structure is spread over 3 floors and has 45 beds , divided into 19 rooms.

It is totally independent and equipped for self-management , thanks also to the professional equipped kitchen. Free WIFI is available. In some periods of the year the house is managed with full board.

The adventure in the house in Carezza allows you to live a community experience .

Each guest, with their own personality, contributes to making the experience unique . The desire to be together, the quality of relationships, love for nature and the mountains, the space for silence and prayer, teach us to live in simplicity and freedom with respect for the other, helping to regain possession of our life, removing frenzy and superficiality.

The important thing is to live and fully share every moment.

The house is spread over 3 floors. The daily price, during self-management periods, includes heating, hot and cold water supply, electricity, gas for the kitchen, blankets and mattress covers. The structure is delivered clean and tidy. It must therefore be returned clean and tidy.

During the periods of self-management there is the presence of a couple of caretakers who will share lunches and dinners with the group. In these periods any damage will be compensated by the group Carezza, with an average of 8 hours of sunshine per day in winter, is the sunniest ski area in South Tyrol: blue skies, snow- covered forests and about 40 km of well- sunlit. Rings for cross-country skiing, with an enchanting panorama at the foot of the Rosengarten. Sustainable state-of-the-art technology guarantees snow from late November to early April.The house is adjacent to the Paolina chairlift and other lifts. In winter you can leave and arrive at the house on skis.

With the arrival of spring, the ski areas are transformed into a sea of fowers and green meadows. Already at the end of April, the area is frequented by bikers and hikers. During fowering, the old mule tracks at the bottom of the valley are of a unique beauty.

In summer and autumn, you can start from the house for countless excursions of all levels: from simple walks in the middle of the woods to climbing. Climbing with guides and guided hikes in the woods are also possible, subject to contact with the forest ranger.

Covid-19
The facility has a Covid-19 protocol that is updated according to national and provincial regulations, hand sanitiser, ozonation of all rooms at every guest change. Viral charge abatement devices with technology tested by the University of Padua against Covid-19 have been installed in all common areas. Abatement of 99%.

Access to and participation in the stays at Villa San Pio X is subject to Membership of the Association “Friends of Carezza” person/year : 10 €, - The facility is not suitable for animals - All expenses are included. Free use of WIFI. Self-management (overnight only)-the accommodation is handed over clean and must be returned clean: Deposit : 1000 €, Up to 15 people : 450 €, From 16 to 20 people : 530 €, From 21 to 25 people : 650 €, From 26 to 30 people : 750 €, From 31 to 35 people : 850 €, From 36 to 45 people : 950 €, Half-board (bed, breakfast and dinner) for groups of at least 32 persons: per person/night : 42 €. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time before the start of your stay. For the purposes of calculating the cancellation fee, the date of receipt of written notification to the Association Amici di Carezza is decisive. In the event of withdrawal from the contract before the start of the stay, the following amounts will be charged: - Within 7 days after the booking date: no penalty, the deposit of 30% of the entire stay will be refunded in full; - Before the 60th day before the start of the stay: the deposit equal to 30% of the entire stay will be retained; - From the 60th to the 31st day before the start of the stay: 50% of the entire stay must be paid; - From the 30th to the 30th day before the start of the stay or in the event of no-show or early termination of the stay: the full price of the entire stay.
