Description
This small but fine apartment is on the 5th floor of the apartment complex Principado. There is a lift and on weekdays there is a Concierge.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The small kitchen is fully equipped. There is a Krups coffee machine, a microwave/oven and plenty of pots and pans and cookware utensils. Unfortunately there is no place for a dishwasher, you’ll find a good brush though! The kitchen is located at the end of the living room, so you will always have friendly contact.

In the living room is a TV with ChromeCast and a decoder so you can watch any channel. The dining table is in the spacious veranda, from which you have a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and the beach with its many cosy restaurants.

On the left in the veranda there is a bed cabinet with a pull-out bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m (2 matrasses). Right in the veranda is a huge closet, where you’ll find a vacuum cleaner, an iron + ironing board, linen, (beach)towels and bath sheets.

The bedroom has a double bed (2 mattresses, each of 0.90 x 2.00) and a built-in closet.

Behind the building is a swimming pool with a children's pool and a pool for adults. Around the pool is a spacious lawn.

Wi-Fi is available.

The use of electricity is for the account of the tenant. As soon as we have received the invoice of Iberdrola, we'll transfer you the caution/deposit minus the use of electricity.

The caution/deposit is € 300,00 If you leave Casita de Sol in the same condition as you found it, we'll transfer you the caution after 1 week by banktransfer.
The final cleaning is € 50,00, to be paid at your departure.

And ... you don't even need a car, because there is a direct connexion by shuttle bus from the Airport to the apartment.

If you need something or if you miss anything: call, app or mail the owners, they are close and willing to help you out.

The minimum stay is 2 weeks!
