The villa is located 200 meters from the sea and also bars, restaurants, bakeries, etc. It has two large terraces, one upstairs and one downstairs where you can eat, rest, etc., two TVs in each dining room, 4 bedrooms upstairs, one of them a suite, two double beds and 4 single beds. downstairs there are 3 rooms one of them with 3 single beds and two of them with double beds in the garden we have the BBQ and the pergola where you can eat and rest parking with capacity for up to 4 cars, private pool and pool towels included in the price, sound equipment, spaces to rest throughout the house, large kitchen, two refrigerators, two washing machines, welcome amenities, first aid kit, everything planned to spend excellent vacations, the house is planned so that 17 people can rest perfectly with a sofa bed of last generation the famous indy with which you sleep wonderfully, the air conditioning is a money system you pay only what you e consumes around €150 a week it all depends on how I repeat what is consumed there are also some fans in dining rooms therefore the service is complete so as not to get overheated, Cyril in charge of pool and garden maintenance goes all in the mornings around 6 o'clock to do their homework, we have a pool table and a table tennis table
