Note : Both apartments have a smart tv and wifi, Matisse is provided with a small refrigerator, coffee/tea machine and cups. Nearest parking is about 200 mt away.

30% at reservation, balance 3 days upon arrival by bonifico. In case of long staying the only change of linen is included, extra cleaning price is € 40.
Cancellation Policy
14 days before full refund both in high season (1/06 to 15/09 and 8 december to 6 january) and the rest of the year
