Description
Surrounded by a generous garden in which are a swimming pool, a vegetable and fruit garden and many mature olive trees, the property offers splendid isolation and privacy whilst not being far from local services and places of interest.

About Us

We are Cristina and Antonella, two lifetime friends escaped from the foggy north. We have completely rebuilt this beautiful farmhouse, and reorganised the outside spaces to create areas of beauty which you can enjoy in comfort. Our apartments have been decorated with great care, a creative eye to design and are very well equipped.

Each one is provided with its own private gazebo in the garden which is furnished with a table and chairs made from the famous ceramic from Deruta. The swimming pool has a convenient self-service bar and a toilet.

Throughout the internal and external areas you can enjoy pieces of sculpture by Francesco Pessina who also presented us with the special well (I wasn’t sure about this) which is prominent in the middle of the courtyard. Close to the pool there is a dedicated well equipped barbecue area with a large grill, a pergola, table and chairs.

To the back of the house there is a portico providing a covered outside dining space laid out to accomodate the weekly Italian dinner / pizza evening cooked on our wood-fired oven.

Our Location

All apartments have a multi-equipped kitchen where, upon arrival, you will find salt / pepper, oil / vinegar, coffee / tea, some snacks and a tray of seasonal fruit. The names derive from the paintings-copies of the artist present, the work of Cristina's mother.

Payment Policy
Payment Policies: 30% at reservation, full payment upon arrival ( by credit card). Extra cleaning price is € 30, change of linen mid-week is included. The products of our vegetable garden are free.
Cancellation Policy
14 days before full refund both in high season ( 1 june to 15 september) and mid season ( 1 april to 31 may, 16 september to 31 october)
