To facilitate your stay in our structure we offer for sale a selection of typical Umbrian food and wine products: Norcia salami, cheeses, honeys of various essences, high quality pasta, home-made sauces, fresh eggs, our excellent oil, jams, the best wines.

You can venture into our garden and serve yourself seasonal vegetables for free. Weekly we will offer you an Italian dinner or pizza evening preceded by a cheerful aperitif served on the farmyard or by the pool.

It will be our care, upon reservation, to get you the necessary for your barbecues at a trusted butcher.

All apartments have a multi-equipped kitchen where, upon arrival, you will find salt / pepper, oil / vinegar, coffee / tea, some snacks and a tray of seasonal fruit. The names derive from the paintings-copies of the artist present, the work of Cristina's mother. 

The internal and external areas you can enjoy pieces of sculpture by Francesco Pessina who also presented us with the special well which is prominent in the middle of the courtyard. Close to the pool there is a dedicated well equipped barbecue area with a large grill, a pergola, table and chairs.

Our property has a workshop full of light that was once a small orangery. Inside you will find basic equipment: a drawing table, easels of various sizes, brushes, paints and a convenient sink. Outside there is a paved pergola providing an alternative work space.

Payment Policy
Payment Policies: 30% at reservation, full payment upon arrival ( by credit card). Extra cleaning price is € 30, change of linen mid-week is included. The products of our vegetable garden are free.
Cancellation Policy
14 days before full refund both in high season ( 1 june to 15 september) and mid season ( 1 april to 31 may, 16 september to 31 october)
