Green Apartment is bright and features wooden floors and colourful wallpapers. It consists of a bedroom, a living room with satellite TV, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Free public parking is available in front of the Green Apartment where shops and restaurants are in the vicinity of the property. The Celní Tram and Bus Stop is 50 metres away, and it is 1.5 km to D1 highway. Špilberk Castle is 3km away, and the Masaryk Circuit is 10 km away.

There is a refrigerator, boiling plate, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and kitchenware in the kitchen. The kitchen is very nice backlighted due to a window.
