Accommodation in our farmhouse will take you to ancient times. We escape here from the bustling town to get into other dimensions here. We believe this charm can be found here  by our guests as well. Total 14 beds - 3 bedrooms (2+2,2+1, 4+1), and new kitchen with 2 beds, 2 new bathrooms

Next to the original equipment you will find a new kitchen with dishwascher,  two new bathrooms and 14 beds with health mattresses. An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and seating area is located in a large enclosed courtyard and garden. A wine cellar with very good local wine is in the property.

The wine village  Kojetice is located in South Moravia under the castle Sádek. Nearby you can find the wine cellar center with a restaurant.  1 km from the property there is a retro swimming pool,   tennis courts in a good quality and a multipurpose playground. There are biking trails leading to the nearby observation towers. UNESCO World Heritage Sites of the Jewish Quarter in Třebíč and Telč are idealy reachable from the property. The Wellness Center at Valec Chateau, Dalešický Brewery from a famous Czech film and Dalešická Dam can be found about 20 km away. The monuments in Znojmo, the wine region and the Vranov Dam are 35 km away.
