APARTMENT ŠALDORF in NovyŠaldorfis situated in the heart of the Znojmo vineyard region and offers comfortable accommodation for a maximum of 12 persons. The house has amazing views ofthe Znojmo skyline – you are able to spot the river Dyje, TheLoucky monastery, the Town Hall tower, the moor peak Kravi Hora, the village Konice and so on.

It is an ideal place for exploring Znojmo town and its surroundings; an idyllic spot to spend your holidays. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage, bike storage, and an outside patio with a swimming pool. Free WIFI is available throughout the whole apartment.

The apartment is located in the quiet part of the village with very low traffic. You can enjoy peace and quiet in the summer months in the outdoor swimming pool.

If you wish to be more active there are a vast range of cycling routes starting just outside the property leading straight into the PoddyjiNational Park (more info at the link Cycle routes). The “wine bus“ bus stop (Modrésklepy) is only 200 meters from the Apartment(www.vinobus.cz)

A famous street with numerous wine cellars and renowned winemakers such as Modrésklepy, Špalek, Náprava, etc. as well as restaurants U tříJasanůand Blanka can be found within walking distance of the Apartment. 

The Apartment is not very far from the centre of Znojmo town –you can take a walk (about 4 kilometres) or take local bus number 802 (the bus stop is about 300 metres from the Apartment) Znojmo is one the most popular and touristy towns of South Moravia. It has a historical centre with several monuments of cultural significance, as well as many cafes, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants, wine bars, etc. Tourists as well as lovers of history, wine, and cycling will thoroughly enjoy exploring the windy streets in the old town centre.

You can jump on the mini tourist train to go sightseeing in Znojmo. The closest stop is by the Louckymonastery about 2 kilometres from the Apartment. The train with wheel travels through the entire town across Rotunda, Znojmo dam, Masarykovoand Mariánskésquare, the bus station and back.

Accommodation at APARTMENT ŠALDORF
Each floor of the apartment is about 100m2. There is a garage, bike storage and the Apartment has its own entrance to the garden with the outside seating area and swimming pool. You enter a hall through the main entrance door. We kindly ask our visitors to take their shoes off. There is a toilet and a shower in the hall. The hall then leads into the kitchen and the living room area. The living room area has French windows leading to the outside patio and the garden. From the hall there is access to the garage and also to the staircase which leads to the first floor – there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath, shower and a separate toilet.

Kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, hot air oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave and basic kitchen cutlery and utensils).

Dining Area – table with 10 chairs, a high chair which can be attached to the main dining table. Living Room – sofa bed, coffee table 

1st Bedroom (sleeps 3), 2nd bedroom(sleeps 3), 3rd bedroom (sleeps 4).

Bathroom – hairdryer, towels.

Patio – outside seating area, barbeque,anoutdoor swimming.

You can park your car in the garage, outside the garage entrance and also outside of the Apartment.
