Clareview Bed and Breakfast is luxury accommodation located in an idyllic rural setting just outside the scenic waterside village of Kinvara, County Galway. It offers a combination of old-world charm with all the modern conveniences. Guests will be welcomed into a warm family atmosphere where they will find the opportunity to have a memorable break at whatever pace they decide. Accommodation consists of five en-suite spacious and well appointed bedrooms. Each morning Brenda's hearty breakfast will set guests up for the day ahead with dinner available on request.

Nearby attractions

Coole Park and Gardens: is a nature reserve of approximately 1000 acres with lots of lovely nature trails taking in woods, river, turlough, bare limestone and Coole lake. The park and gardens are located just 12km from Clareview House.

Dunguaire Castle: was built in 1520 on the shores of Galway Bay near Kinvara Town. It is a restored Tower House open to the public and gives an insight into the history of the times. It is located just 3.5km from our home.

Gort Golf Club: is an 18 hole parkland championship golf course located 16.5km from our home.

This B&B is beautiful! We booked online for our trip to Ireland, and thought it was just as pretty in person! Wonderful host! Vey accommodating and loved her 2 beautiful dogs! :)

We were fortunate to stay in the lovely bed and breakfast just before the COVID 19 shut Ireland down for the time being. Out heart goes out Brenda and all others who are experiencing a loss of guests/revenue during this pandemic. Truly we could not have asked for a more delightful place to stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. The home was lovely, spotlessly clean and warmly welcoming. The breakfast that Brenda prepared for us was unbelievably good and yes, everything was homemade and delicious. I’ll never experience porridge quite like Brenda’s own specialty again I am sure! Praying that this time of quarantine is over soon and that this B&B can reopen again.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our first visit to Ireland. Brenda was absolutely lovely and kind. We brought our 1 year old and Brenda just became a caring 3rd gran to her while we were there, two days wasn't long enough. We pray they're still in business when we can visit again.

This was our first B&B stay in Ireland (although we've been to many others around the world) and it was such a beautiful, warm, and welcoming place! Brenda is a delightful host and the location was so comfortable and peaceful! I couldn't believe how dark and quiet it is out there in the beautiful countryside at night. We slept so well. Brenda mades us a delicious Irish breakfast, and gave us lots of great tips for exploring the west during the day. We loved all her suggestions and had a marvelous time. If you are looking for someplace divinely peaceful, while still be close enough to great attractions, then this is perfect. Of course, any place you stay can be nice, but it's truly the host that can make it an exceptional visit, and Brenda adds that important finishing touch. We can't wait to visit again!
