Villa is located on the first floor in the hamlet of Il Poderone, in southern Tuscany. Outside it has a small but lovely garden furnished with a couple of deck chairs to relax in and a wooden table with four chairs for outdoor dining.

The terracotta stairs lead from the garden to the front door. Inside there is a large living room with a fireplace in one corner, in traditional Tuscan style with terracotta floor and ceiling with wooden beams and terracotta tiles. In one corner, next to the fireplace, there is a double sofa and a matching armchair.

The open kitchen is along two walls and a large worktop. It is well equipped and includes gas stove, oven and fridge with separate freezer. In the center of the room is a round dining table for four, while a well-stocked antique sideboard rests against a wall.

A hallway from the living area leads to the bathroom with tub and hand-held shower. Next to it is the master bedroom with an iron bed and a large wardrobe with an antique wooden door.

The villa is completed by a double room with two beautiful antique wooden beds. Against one wall there is a double door, an antique wooden wardrobe.
The views from the garden are on the other villas of the village, while from the bedroom windows there are splendid views of the countryside. Villa is located in a hamlet consisting of 9 natural stone farmhouses and equipped with a swimming pool, it is immersed in the splendid nature of the Maremma with a view of the sea coast.

This is the perfect place from which to explore both the mountains and the sea. The coast, reachable in 45 minutes by car, offers gentle beaches, natural parks, fishing villages, tourist resorts all overlooking the clear waters of the Argentario Gulf in the Mediterranean Sea. The famous thermal springs of Saturnia can be reached in twenty minutes by car. Poderone is the ideal starting point for excursions to the sea, Monte Amiata, the southern wine region and the cities of the 'Tufo triangle' Pitigliano, Sovana and Sorano, all reachable in fifty minutes by car.

The Triana Castle that can be admired from the hamlet is located 6 km from the town of Roccalbegna. It is located on a rocky promontory and is surrounded by medieval stone walls, which are still in excellent condition. Outside the walls is the church of San Bernardino alla Triana. The castle is located about 1km from the hamlet, so it is possible to walk there.

At Monte Amiata it is possible to ski in the winter and walk in the summer.
