Villa is located on one side of the village of Poderone, next to another villa, near the swimming pool and a small stream that crosses the village. Built in Tuscan stone, it is surrounded by trees and offers a breathtaking view of the Triana Castle. Villa has a garden with a lot of privacy thanks to its location. From the covered terrace you enter the living room with open kitchen and has traditional beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors.

The living room and open-plan kitchen have a sofa bed for two, an armchair, a flat-screen TV and a working fireplace. The doors lead to the gardens. Outside the fully furnished covered terrace overlooking the countryside, there is a brick barbecue and is the ideal place to dine al fresco or relax with a glass of wine as the sun sets.

The fully equipped kitchen is to one side and has an oven, stove, fridge / freezer and dishwasher, along with table and chairs. The doors lead to a hallway which leads to both the bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom has a tub with a hand shower. The bedroom has a wrought iron double bed and a door that opens onto the covered terrace.

The swimming pool is located on one side of the property, immersed in an enchanting sunny position with excellent views over the rolling Tuscan hills and surrounding valleys. The setting is perfect for relaxing in the warm Tuscan sun.
The pool is shared between the villas and has a surrounding terrace furnished with sun loungers; on one side there are changing rooms with showers and toilets.

Villa is located in a hamlet consisting of 9 natural stone farmhouses and equipped with a swimming pool, it is immersed in the splendid nature of the Maremma with a view of the sea coast. This is the perfect place from which to explore both the mountains and the sea. The coast, reachable in 45 minutes by car, offers gentle beaches, natural parks, fishing villages, tourist resorts all overlooking the clear waters of the Argentario Gulf in the Mediterranean Sea. The famous thermal springs of Saturnia can be reached in twenty minutes by car. Poderone is the ideal starting point for excursions to the sea, Monte Amiata, the southern wine region and the cities of the 'Tufo triangle' Pitigliano, Sovana and Sorano, all reachable in fifty minutes by car.

The Triana Castle that can be admired from the hamlet is located 6 km from the town of Roccalbegna. It is located on a rocky promontory and is surrounded by medieval stone walls, which are still in excellent condition. Outside the walls is the church of San Bernardino alla Triana. The castle is located about 1km from the hamlet, so it is possible to walk there.

At Monte Amiata it is possible to ski in the winter and walk in the summer.
