The interior is attractive and comfortable. An enclosed private garden with table and chairs and a lounge sofa offers a perfect place to relax.

Only the torrent Toscolano today separates the two districts. The city is beautifully situated on a peninsula at the foot of Mount Maderno and Mount Pizzocolo. Toscolano-Maderno forms the geographical center of Lake Garda and is characterized by a particularly mild microclimate. This region can be compared with the Mediterranean climate of the Ligurian coast. Olives, lemons, oranges and wine thrive here.

The year-round and regularly frequented ferry port connects Maderno with Torri del Benaco on the east side of Lake Garda (every 40 minutes).
The infrastructure is perfect. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. Medical care is guaranteed with a pharmacy and doctor. The nearest hospital is in Gavardo near Salo. A variety of shops, including larger supermarkets are available locally.

The weekly market takes place every Thursday morning in the district of Toscolano and a small organic food market every Monday morning.

The complex with a total of only eight apartments allows for a private and individual atmosphere. In a quiet position, surrounded by greenery, 80 meters above Lake Garda, the exclusive 2-room suite 8 offers two rooms, bathroom, veranda and a large roof terrace.

The center of the small town of Toscolano-Maderno and the lake can be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. The region has a particularly mild microclimate with lush Mediterranean vegetation, which allows for relaxing holidays all year round.

The view from Le Vigne is spectacular. The view extends from the massif of Monte Baldo and the opposite shore towns of Lake Garda to Isola Garda, Rocco Manerba and the Sirmione peninsula. At night, the view over the lake with the sea of ​​lights of its places is fascinating.

The Suite 8 has a living area of ​​50 sqm, a wide veranda and a 50 sqm roof terrace with a wonderful view over Lake Garda. The furnishings are modern and comfortable.

The kitchen area with counter and bar stools has a fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster and a wide range of crockery and kitchen utensils.

The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (180x200), two bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. A wall safe is available for the safekeeping of valuables.

On the roof terrace there is comfortable lounge seating, a 4x3 meter parasol and a gas grill. All rooms have air conditioning/heating.

There is a dedicated parking space for the car within the property. This parking space can be reached via a remote-controlled gate. The property is fenced and an intercom system is available at the entrance gate.
