The Farm Holiday centre “Il Sentiero” can be found in Montalto delle Marche, a charming medieval town on the Picene hills.
The Farm Holiday centreis only 20 minutes from the golden beaches of the Adriatic Sea (San Benedetto del Tronto or Grottammare) and at the foot of the Sibylline Mountains; it also has a splendid swimming pool exclusive to our guests.
"Il Sentiero" offers its guests the experience of embarking on a cultural journey and complete relaxation.
Apartments
Il Pescheto (The Peach Orchard)
The Peach Orchard apartment has two floors for a total of 110 sq m.
It comprises two double rooms, a twin room, two bathrooms, two terraces with views onto the Sibylline Mountains.
The apartment is for up to 4 people.
It’s possible to eat outside.
Il Vigneto (The Vineyard)
The “Vineyard” apartment is on the ground floor and measures about 40 sq m.
Our guests can use the garden where there is a gazebo and table for fantastic open - air banquets.
The apartment is on one floor and comprises a double room, bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a sitting room with bunk bed.
On request, the apartment can also have an additional en suite double room.
La Quercia (The Oak)
The apartment comprises a double room, a room with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and sitting room.
It has a garden with table and gazebo for eating outside.
The apartment is for 3 people.
I Ciliegi (The Cherry Trees)
The apartment is on the ground floor and measures about 45 sq m.
It comprises a double room, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a sitting room with bunk bed.
The apartment is for 2 people.

About Us
The Farm Holiday Centre “Il Sentiero” is part of a family run agricultural farm of about 23 hectares which operates mostly in the field of biological farming.
The recently restored buildings are found close to nature, following an avenue of cherry trees which in days gone by, used to take you to the source of the Lapidosus stream.
All around you there are forests, vineyards, orchards, olive groves and wisely cultivated land while in the background there is the striking profile of the Sibylline Mountains and the Aso Valley.
What We Offer
The owners, Guido and Antonella, offer biological and natural products from the farm; fruit, vegetables, oil, wine, barnyard animals and homemade sausages and meat products.
The farm holiday centre has a splendid new swimming pool only available to our guests. On request, the owners can organize guided visits on the land, where you can participate in various activities and taste the fruit.
“Il Sentiero” is ideal for those who are fed up with city life and wish to recharge body and spirit.
We have ample space for the pleasure of adults and children alike; it’s possible to go for healthy walks along the forest paths surrounding the property in a peaceful and unpolluted environment, in perfect harmony with nature.
SERVICES
The Farm Holiday Centre has a room used as a laundry; it’s also possible to use the oven and barbeque to roast meat and vegetables.
About 1 km away, there are various shops; grocers, butchers, restaurants, a bank and chemist’s.
Also about 1 km away is the town’s sports facility; football and 5-a-side football, basketball, tennis and bowls.
There is a riding stables about 6 km away and about 10 kms from the farm holiday centre, in Moresco (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy) are the Santarelli Fishing Lakes.
About 35 kms away, are the courses in the Sibylline Mountains National Park where it’s possible to do trekking, mountain climbing and visit the very famous Lago di Pilato(Pilate’s Lake), a glacial lake and home to the unique Chirocefalo del Marchesoni, the most primitive fresh water crustacean in the world. You can also visit “L’Eremo di San Leonardo” (St Leonard’s Monastery) in the “Gola dell’Infernaccio”. There are over 20 available routes..
About 25 kms away, is the magnificent Riviera delle Palme San Benedetto del Tronto e Grottammare, the Pearl of the Adriatic, two cities which are rich in tourist locations, nightspots, chalets by the sea and events not to be missed.
Prices include: bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, weekly change of bed linen and towels, water, gas and electricity.
