Description
Villa Bussola is a place where you will be welcomed with open arms in a very serene and quiet atmosphere. The house is situated in the middle of green rolling hills, only a few Km from the sea. The national parks, mountains and many breathtaking medieval villages of Le Marche are nearby.
 
"Bussola" is the Italian word for "compass". It's not only Vanessa's surname, but it also symbolizes the beautiful view in all directions, that can be seen from our hill behind the house!
 
Villa Bussola has 2 Bed & Breakfast rooms and 2 apartments. One of the apartments is specially designed for use by disabled people.
 
Campsite: in addition, there is plenty of room for tents: campers will be free to choose a nice place on our property around the house.
 
B&B Villa Bussola 
can provide 3 double bed & breakfast rooms on the first floor. Each room is for two persons and tastefully furnished with private bathroom with shower and ceiling fan. There are several relaxing spaces outside.
 
B&B Suite - room EST 
2 to 3 persons
This suite has a beautiful view to the East and the rolling hills and an open extension room that could be used as a studio / baby or children’s room / living room. Here we can place an extra bed. You will find a small refrigerator. The balcony offers an attractive corner to relax.
 
B&B room SUD 
Double
This room has an own bathroom with private entrance. Adjoining this room there is an extra room which can be booked to provide space for another 2 persons.
 
B&B room OVEST 
Double
This room also has its own bathroom and private entrance. It is possible to place two single beds.
 
Self catering APARTMENTS
Villa Bussola has 2 apartments (45 m²) that have been completely renovated in 2007.
Both apartments are for 4 people, clean, tastefully furnished and with private lockable entrances. The accommodation in each apartment comprises living room/kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. The kitchens are modern and well equipped. In the kitchen and master bedroom you'll find a ceiling fan.
 
'LA STALLA'
This apartment is on the ground floor and was originally the stable. It is also fully equipped for disabled persons (toilet, supports, shower tray at floor level, wide doors, etc.). If necessary the sofa bed in the living room offers sleeping place to one extra persons. Outside there is a private terrace.
 
"LA RESIDENZA"
This apartment is on the first floor and was originally the residence of the wine farmer and his family. However, if required, the main bedroom alone can be let as a B&B room (SUD). The large terrace on the first floor is available for all the B&B guests, here you will find garden sets and umbrellas.
 
CAMP SITE
At Villa Bussola you can "camp with nature". This means that here you will be free to choose a large space anywhere in our 3.5hectare property (maximum 12 tents).
 
If you wish, we will be glad to show you our favourite spots: for instance on top of the hill behind the house, where you can enjoy the 360 degrees free view. If it's clear weather (and it usually is) you can see the Appenins, the Sibillini, the Gran Sasso mountains and the sea!).
 
The toilet and washing facilities are situated in the building adjoining the house. Here you will find three showers, three toilets, three sinks, fridge with freezer and and three big outdoor washing sinks for washing clothes etc.
A washing machine is available in the main house.
