Description
This Country House is a century-old, beautifully renovated property resting on a hill-top with unobstructed panoramic views from all sides. It is surrounded by twenty-five hectares of land with olive trees, vineyard and an equestrian center.

The owners live in the villa and only host one guest party at a time with high standards of hospitality, privacy, quality of service and accommodation in an elegant and sophisticated settings.

The location is secluded and very quiet, though restaurants, beaches and nightlife are at short driving distance.

The area has impressive art, architecture, history heritage and deep cultural traditions.

The villa overlooks the stunning Marche countryside and the historic town of Fermo. It is surrounded by eight-thousand square meters landscaped garden with infinity pool and Jacuzzi, gazebo, sundecks and twenty-five hectares of land with olive trees, vineyard and an equestrian center.

The equestrian center features two sand arenas, a round pen and a club-house. We offer guided trail riding, professional lessons and host world class riders that do monthly clinics.

The pool is 12 meters long, 6 meters wide and 1.4 meters deep with a shallow deck along the side; it is equipped with sun-shower, changing room and toilette.
Guests are hosted in a three-bedroom 230-square-meters duplex apartment and two additional en-suite bedrooms all with private entrances.

An outdoor staircase gives access to the lower floor of the duplex apartment through a porch and foyer with garden views leading to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. An indoor staircase takes to the upper floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), a lounge with fireplace and 2 balconies with panoramic views.
The apartment is air-conditioned and comfortably hosts up to 8 guests with full self-catering facilities.

The two additional en-suite bedrooms are located at different floors and are not directly connected with the duplex apartment. All bedrooms are very spacious, have walk-in closet, safe, mini-bar, smart-tv, desk and sitting area. The apartment lounge is equipped with satellite tv channels, Apple tv, Sonos sound system and a library. Wi-fi is available indoors and outdoors.

Guest have access to all outdoor facilities: infinity pool, Jacuzzi, gazebo, sun decks, garden, equestrian center and secure parking. Guest services include fully served breakfast, complimentary coffee and drinks, daily maid housekeeping, and pool towel. Brunch, lunch and dinner can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.

tutto è perfetto e curato nei minimi dettagli, colazione abbondantissima con prodotti naturali dell'orto.ci si sente ospiti di Isa e Franco con cui è veramente piacevole trascorrere le serate cullati prima dall'aria del mare e poi dalla brezza dei Sibillini, in conversazioni veramente piacevoli ed interessanti.Tutto è pace e lusso:giardino curatissimo, piscina a sfioro con vista mozzafiato,poltrone in ogni angolo del parco per il relax a seconda dell'esposizione del sole

Un piccolo paradiso nelle campagne marchigiane. La colazione è fantastica e la gentilezza dei titolari e dello staff rende tutto ancora più piacevole. Estremamente consigliato!

Monterosato c'est le paradis, situé sur une colline à 10 minutes de Fermo, magnifique village sur une colline voisine. Ce n'est pas donné mais on en a pour son argent. Décoration des chambres et aménagement des espaces dignes d'un magazine de déco. Espace restaurant de rêve à l'extérieur, piscine de grand luxe et propriétaires extrêmement sympas. Et pour ceux qui aiment monter à cheval, leur manège est à côté.

Wir hatten ein wundervolles und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Die Ausstattung ist äußerst hochwertig und neu. Das Frühstück war sensationell und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Unsere Kinder haben das Pool und das Wirlpool sehr genossen. Die herzlichen Gastgeber Isabella und Franco erfüllten uns jeden Wusch, unsere Kinder konnten sogar Reitunterricht nehmen. Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem entspannenden und ruhigen Ort - zählt sicherlich zu den schönsten Plãtzen in Italien. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für Alles!
