The accommodation is located in a quiet side street in the old town of Civitanova Marche. It’s few steps from the sea and few meters from the main square, the hub of social life in the city. The apartment offers every comfort for a pleasant stay: free wi-fi connection, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, flat screen TV, washing machine and dishwasher.

The apartment consists of a living room kitchen, opening into a large terrace. The house is large and airy because of its extra high ceilings on which overlook a bright open mezzanine that houses a double bedroom with two single beds and a small study space.

Behind the living room there are the entrances to the double bedroom, furnished with a large mirrored wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The Timone31’s Light blue Apartment is located few steps from the central square of Civitanova Marche, with its clubs and boutiques, and 5 minutes from the beach, on the second floor of a quiet side street.

The accommodation is equipped with free wi-fi, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, smart TV, washing machine and dishwasher, and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The apartment consists of a living room loft , a large double bedroom served by a private bathroom and a walk-in closet, a second double bedroom made even more spacious and bright by the large mirrored closet, and a second bathroom.

From the mezzanine overlooking the living space a single room, equipped with a study area with desk, the attic was dedicated to the laundry

L'appartamento è praticamente nuovo, dotato di tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza. La casa ci è stata consegna perfettamente pulita. Molto bella la posizione vicina al mare ed al centro della città, in modo che a piedi è possibile raggiungere tutti i servizi. I proprietari sono persone molto educate, discrete e gentili.

The appartment is gorgeous, especially the spacious terrace with furniture. Everything was exceptionally clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful with tips. He left us a delicious desert and bottles of water. There was everything for cooking, oil, salt...also cleaning supplies. We stayed for 5 nights at the end of june and every time we found free parking space in around 100m from the appartment. We highly recommend this apartment:)
