Those who choose farmhouse choose a structure that respects the environment, animals and human health. You will be guests in a modern house with low environmental impact, we will offer you healthy organic food and we will make you relax without contaminating the environment. All the choices we make are aimed at reducing our ecological footprint.

ART AND CULTURE

We are right next to the famous Leopardian “hill of infinity”, a stone's throw from Recanti, the largest Marian Basilica in Italy in Loreto and a few kilometers from the splendid beaches of the Conero Riviera.

During the low season, music, poetry and art are found in the ancient historic villages of Osimo, Castelfidardo, Macerata. Art and culture will be the protagonists of a stay full of relaxation and pleasant flavors.

ROOMS

Our rooms are located on a hill to guarantee our guests greater privacy and tranquility. They overlook our orchard with large sliding windows. Each room is personalized in a different way but all have their own private garden always at your disposal where you can relax, listen to Nature and smell its scents. Breakfast is à la carte, served at the table and with local Marche or self-produced products.

THE READER

The double room that can be transformed into a quadruple if necessary is dedicated to reading. It is the largest room suitable for families where every detail is designed to live with four people: double built-in wardrobe and double sink in the bathroom. The reading corner consisting of the two refined armchairs by Milano Bedding can be transformed into two comfortable beds with slats, certified mattresses and toppers if necessary. Mini-bar and lighting scenarios by PHILIPS HUE for maximum comfort while reading. The room enjoys a private corner garden.

THE MUSICIAN

It is a standard double room dedicated to those guests who love music. It is the central room whose walls are thick and filled with ecological sound-absorbing material to be completely isolated from the other two adjoining rooms. Several elements recall the musical theme and with the possibility of listening to music thanks to a vintage tube radio. This room is equipped with minibar, air conditioning and lighting scenarios by PHILIPS HUE.

THE TRAVELER

The "traveler" is a superior double room dedicated to the soul of those who love to travel. It is the brightest, with refined furnishing elements and accessories. A select collection of books dedicated to travel and nature await you, as well as a comfortable armchair to sit on to read them. In one corner you will find the magic sticks of luck of the ancient Chinese oracle to find out what your destiny holds.

The room has a private corner garden with a French window overlooking the valley of the Musone river. You will be welcomed by a comfortable bed, illuminated by the scenarios recreated with PHILIPS HUE LED lights and a sparkling red SMEG 60s model minibar will allow you to quench your thirst at any time.

THE CHARM OF THE COUNTRYSIDE WITHOUT GIVING UP THE SEA

We are located on the sweet knoll of a hill, one of the marvelous hills of the Marche near Recanati: birthplace of the poet Giacomo Leopardi. From our belvedere it is possible to admire the green countryside, the city of Recanati, Loreto with its largest Marian basilica in Italy and the historic center of Castelfidardo known as the city of the accordion.

We are only 14 km from the Conero Riviera with its Natural Park, its paths, its splendid bays and its beautiful beaches of the two sisters, of the black stones and of San Michele.

Andrea e Valentina hanno il dono dell'ospitalità ed è una dote preziosissima che fà la differenza, la cura dei dettagli la pulizia la colazione...un sogno praticamente.

Ho apprezzato ogni cosa, dall'arredo, confortevole, rilassante e curato nei minimi particolari agli ingredienti genuini e vari della colazione, dalla disponibilità e simpatia dei proprietari al ritrovarsi immersi nella campagna vera.

Paesaggio splendido, estrema cura in ogni dettaglio (le citazioni leopardiane alle pareti ed i libri illustrati presenti nella stanza sono stati particolarmente apprezzati), camera moderna e molto confortevole, colazione sana e completa.

La struttura è nuovissima e le camere sono organizzate in maniera molto funzionale, così da sfruttare al meglio gli spazi. Una stanza comune funge poi da sala da pranzo e spazio per l'intrattenimento. La gestione è completamente affidata alla famiglia dei proprietari, tutti molto cortesi e disponibili, che riescono a creare un piacevole clima cordiale, al punto che dopo poco tempo vi sembrerà di essere ospiti in casa di amici. Noi abbiamo anche cenato presso la struttura, che è nota nei dintorni per la sua cucina vegetariana/vegana e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia per l'alta qualità delle materie prime che per la proposta dei piatti e la disponibilità a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Panorama incantevole, camere ben arredate, pulizia eccellente, colazioni dolce a base di prodotti Vegani fatti in casa deliziose (e noi Vegani non lo siamo per niente...)... Cena vegetariana strepitosa!! Posto in ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le spiagge della riviera del conero, ma anche per visitare le località dell'entroterra. È un posto magico, riposante, il più bel B&B dove abbia mai alloggiato, gestito da persone cordiali e disponibili, che è stato un piacere incontrare. Grazie di tutto!

Cercavamo il relax e l'abbiamo trovato. La struttura è immersa nelle colline Marchigiane, moderna ma pienamente innestata nella natura ed è guidata da una famiglia stupenda! Sempre pronti per ottimi consigli, lo staff ti accoglie e ti fa sentire a proprio agio fin dai primi minuti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e soprattutto la proposta vegana e vegetariana, che ben si fa apprezzare nelle materie prime utilizzate ma in particolare dalle preparazioni homemade, che fanno percepire il cuore e l'impegno con cui vengono fatte e proposte, infatti il risultato sono piatti semplici ma deliziosi, a colazione è difficile non assaggiare una delle torte (vegane e squisitissime) accompagnate da ottimi estratti di frutta o caffè biologico. La pulizia è al TOP e tutto è molto curato anche nei minimi dettagli.

Praticamente tutto, abbiamo passato 2 giornate indimenticabili, il personale della struttura ci ha coccolato e viziato con la loro gentilezza e passione. Ciliegina sulla torta è stata la cena, oltre ad aver mangiato divinamente è davvero impagabile il paesaggio. Se amate la cura dei dettagli, il buon cibo e il relax questo è il posto che fa per voi.
