A five-minute walk will bring you to the heart of the stunning local beaches and the many shops, bars and restaurants that the area has to offer.

Situated in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, Villa Jessica is a fifteen-minute walk to the old town, with its beautiful harbour and scenic views.

This is a spacious four-bedroom villa which is split over two levels.

AMENITIES:

UPPER LEVEL

DINING AREA, KITCHEN & LIVING AREA: Entering the villa from the upper level, you will find an open plan dining area with all you need and more for the perfect stay. The dining area has superb sea views and leads into a fully fitted modern kitchen with a full size fridge and fridge freezer.

Also off the dining area, you will find a spacious and comfortable lounge, which equally has stunning views of the sea and Fuerteventura. Modern entertainment systems, which includes a radio/stereo system, a HD TV with multiple English and Irish channels, Netflix, a DVD player and free WIFI throughout the villa. This will allow you to stay online and ensures you get to catch up on your favourite television shows.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

There are two bedrooms in this upper level.

Bedroom One consists of a super king size double bed, free air-conditioning and wall mounted hair dryer.

Bedroom Two has a super king size bed

Both of these bedrooms lead out to a small balcony overlooking the pool and share a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC, double hand basins and wall mounted hair dryer.

LOWER LEVEL

GAMES ROOM & ADDITIONAL SLEEPING: Leading from the upper level, and following the stairs onto the lower level, you will find a Games Room. The Games Room has a pool table, a Ping Pong table, a dart board and darts. As well as this, we have a TV with multi-channels (English and Irish channels) and a DVD player. This is sure to keep guests of all ages entertained.

There is a full-size bunkbed here the ideal space for children or teenagers sharing. The Games Room has double doors that lead you directly to the pool and patio area.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

Off the Games Room, Bedroom Three consists of Two king size bed, free air-conditioning, ceiling fan and wall mounted hair dryer. Adjacent to bedroom three, there is a shower room with a walk in shower, WC, hand basin and wall mounted hair dryer.

Bedroom Four has one single bed and wall mounted hair dryer.

OUTDOOR POOL & PATIO AREA:

Also off the Games Room, go through the double glass doors to the pool and patio area, you will find the beautiful saltwater oval shaped pool with Roman steps. Measuring 7 x 5m with a shallow end of 0’90m and a deep end 1.20m, it is the perfect place for you to relax on one of our many sun loungers and beach towels provided. The pool is electrically heated during the months of October 20th until May 1st.

The poolside shower gives you the convenience of showering before or after the pool without having to enter the villa itself.

There is an outdoor utility area with a washing machine and freezer for you to use.

For all the avid chefs out there, there is a purpose built-in charcoal barbecue with ample garden seating for you to enjoy dining outdoors.

OTHER:

Modern state of the art security alarm systems, with two safes, are fully fitted to ensure you peace of mind while staying in Villa Jessica.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. We kindly ask you to use our patio area if you wish to smoke.

Check in is from 3pm and Check out is 10am unless otherwise arranged.

Cleaning

Two/Three persons: clean on arrival only

Four persons +: up to 9 nights clean on arrival only

Four persons +: 10-14 nights clean on arrival and mid stay full clean, towel and linen change

There are 2 Bath & Hand Towels provided per person staying.

Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.

Pool

The pool is electrically heated between 20th Oct – 1st May. Pool heating can be arranged outside of these times at an additional cost.

The pool is cleaned twice weekly.

Booking deposit is £250 or €300 if priced in euro’s per week. Balance due 12 weeks before you travel. Payment by cheque or bank transfer.
