A stylish & modern air conditioned villa in the heart of Los Mojones. Ideally located for all the amenities of Puerto del Carmen Old Town & Avenida de las Playas.

LIVING ROOM & DINING ROOM:

This villa offers a spacious open plan living/dining room furnished to a very high standard. The bright open design contains comfortable sofas and a dining table which seats up to 8 adults. A modern entertainment system includes a 52’ multi-channel (including English and Irish channels) flat screen TV, DVD Player, free WiFi & Midi HiFi system with USB Port.

KITCHEN:

Fully fitted modern kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. The washing machine is in a separate drying area.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

Villa Ananda has four free fully air conditioned ensuite bedrooms, sleeps up to 10 people.

Bedroom One – Super King Bed with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out onto a small terrace.

Ensuite – walk-in shower, Twin washbasins, WC & Wall mounted hairdryer.

Bedroom Two – Queen Bed with fitted wardrobes and sliding doors leading out onto the pool & patio area.

Ensuite – walk-in shower, washbasin, WC & Wall mounted hairdryer.

Bedroom Three – Two Single Beds & Full-Size Bunk Beds with fitted wardrobes.

Ensuite – walk-in shower, Twin washbasins, WC & Wall mounted hairdryer.

Bedroom Four – Super King Bed with fitted wardrobes (accessible through triple sliding doors off the rear patio area).

Ensuite – walk-in shower, Twin washbasins, WC & Wall mounted hairdryer.

OUTDOOR POOL & PATIO AREA:

The pool and garden is surrounded by high traditional lava rock walls to provide complete privacy leaving you free to sunbathe on the terrace around the pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, play a little pool or dine al fresco from the built in BBQ.

Check in is from 3pm and Check out is 10am unless otherwise arranged.

Cleaning

Two/Three persons: clean on arrival only
Four persons +: up to 9 nights clean on arrival only
Four persons +: 10-14 nights clean on arrival and mid stay full clean, towel and linen change

There are 2 Bath & Hand Towels provided per person staying.

Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.

Pool

The pool is electrically heated between 20th Oct – 1st May. Pool heating can be arranged outside of these times at an additional cost.
The pool is cleaned twice weekly.

If you book & travel within 12 weeks, you will receive a 10% discount, Prices are quoted in UK £, please click here for a currency converter. Children under 2 are free. Booking deposit is £250 or €300 if priced in euro’s per week. Balance due 12 weeks before you travel. Payment by cheque or bank transfer. Welcome Packs can be supplied by our management company at a cost of £30.00/€35.00. They include: 1lt Semi Milk, 5lt Water, Fruit Juice, Cheese, Biscuits, Olives, Pate, Crisps, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Bottle of Wine, Ham, Margarine, Bread, Washing up Liquid, Cloth, Scouring Pad, If you require a Welcome Pack, please advise at time of booking and include the £30.00/€35.00 onto the price of your Villa, we recommend booking it if you have a late arrival, otherwise it is less expensive to purchase yourself.
