Description
The luxurious Villa Eileen is situated in the centre of Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. A short five minute walk will bring you into the resorts main beach, Las Cucharas, a stunning child friendly beach with miles of golden sands. There are also many shops, bars and restaurants.

Whether you are a group of friends enjoying a holiday together or whether you are holidaying with children as a family, Villa Eileen is suitable for all guests. There are four bedrooms in total, catering for up to ten guests, as well as three bathrooms.

LOWER LEVEL

LOWER LEVEL LIVING ROOM: The living room in Villa Eileen is bright and spacious. It has modern entertainment systems with a HD TV, sporting multiple English and Irish channels, Netflix, free WIFI throughout the villa, DVD player and radio/stereo system.

DINING, KITCHEN AREA & UTILITY ROOM: The dining area seats up to eight adults. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge freezer and full size fridge. The Utility Room is off the dining area and has a washing machine, drying area and wine / drinks fridge.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: Bedroom one consists of two double beds, free air conditioning, ceiling fan and wall mounted hair dryer.

Bedrooms two and three both have two single beds, free air conditioning, ceiling fans and wall mounted hair dryers.

There is a bathroom with a bath, WC and a hand wash basin. There is also a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, WC and a hand wash basin. Both of these bathrooms are shared amongst bedrooms one, two and three.

UPPER LEVEL

BEDROOMS & ENSUITE: On the upper level, you will find bedroom four, which has a super king size bed, free air conditioning, a ceiling fan and wall mounted hair dryer. This bedroom leads out onto its own private large sun terrace area with part sea views. It also has a balcony with two glass doors overlooking the pool and patio area.

This room also has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower room, wash hand basin and WC.

SITTING ROOM: There is also a separate sitting room with a TV (multi English & Irish channels) and a DVD player. Double glass doors lead onto a balcony giving you full view of the pool area.

OUTDOOR AREA

POOL & PATIO AREA: The patio area has a large split-level sun terrace with a beautiful 8 x 4 metre oval shaped salt water swimming pool. The pool, which can be lite at night-time, and has Roman steps leading into it, is electrically heated from October 20th until May 1st. It is the perfect place for you to relax on one of our many sun loungers and beach towels provided. The poolside shower gives you the convenience of showering before or after the pool without having to enter the villa itself. There is a pool table located on the patio area.

There is a secure barbecue area with a charcoal barbeque and dining space for up to ten people.

The dining area is fully enclosed with a secure door leading out to the pool and patio, so it is ideal for little ones to play outside. Darts and a dart board are also included in this area.

OTHER: For your little one’s convenience, we also have two cots and two highchairs that you can use free of charge.

The villa is secured by a modern security alarm system and has two safes. It is also wheelchair accessible on the lower level.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. We kindly ask you to use our patio area if you wish to smoke.

Check in is from 3pm and Check out is 10am unless otherwise arranged.

Cleaning

Two/Three persons: clean on arrival only
Four persons +: up to 9 nights clean on arrival only
Four persons +: 10-14 nights clean on arrival and mid stay full clean, towel and linen change

There are 2 Bath & Hand Towels provided per person staying.

Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.

Pool

The pool is electrically heated between 20th Oct – 1st May. Pool heating can be arranged outside of these times at an additional cost.
The pool is cleaned twice weekly.

Booking deposit is £250 or €300 if priced in euro’s per week. Balance due 12 weeks before you travel. Payment by cheque or bank transfer.
