Detached house with private garden and covered terrace where you can spend relaxing days outdoors. The house consists of a large living room, characterized by large windows overlooking the surrounding hills, kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom. Convenient access to the house with car parking near the entrance. In a panoramic and quiet position with the convenience of the swimming pool, common to the guests of the structure, a stone's throw from home.

Orchidea

Nice independent apartment on the first floor with terrace and private entrance. It consists of a large living room, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms (one of which is accessible to the disabled). Ideal for families or couples of friends. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Possibility of additional bed on request.

Girasole

Comfortable ground floor studio with independent entrance and large garden. Double bed with dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Suitable for couples or families with children. Possibility of additional bed on request.

Papavero

Large independent apartment with independent entrance on the ground floor with living room, kitchenette and sofa bed, single bedroom, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ideal for families or groups of friends. The large garden and the parking near the entrance complete the apartment.

Services

Our services include accommodation in self-contained apartments with independent entrance, well furnished. Internet wi-fi, utilities (water, electricity, gas and heating), appliances and kitchen utensils are included. We provide sets of bed and bathroom linen according to the number of occupants, with weekly change. Possibility of free use of the common laundry, with availability of washing machine and ironing board in a special room. Supply of personal courtesy set and kitchen detergents. Use of the outdoor areas, such as garden, barbecue, wood-burning oven and swimming pool for adults, common to all guests of the Agriturismo. The swimming pool (10 ml x 4 ml - pool depth 1.40 ml) has a large solarium, equipped with umbrellas, chairs, deck chairs and shower, always included in the living room. Remember the opening of the swimming pool in the summer season (June - September). We are also available to accommodate your small pets. Possibility on request of an extra bed, cot or high chair for children. The Management is available for any of your requests.
