After a careful renovation, the Villa Inge is now available for rent and completes our stylish range in Denia.

These tasteful villa with a new private pool is situated in a lovely, quiet residential area in Els Poblets, near Denia. It is just a short walk of about 600 meters to the beach. In the immediate vicinity you will find shops, bars and restaurants.

The nearby sea and the beautiful garden with palm trees, oleanders and many Mediterranean plants immediately promote a holiday mood.

Beautiful sitting areas and mood lighting give the villa a special flair.

Facilities - Take a look around

Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room – take a look at everything unhurriedly.

The Villa Inge offers high comfort, spread over an area of ​​125 m².

In detail the villa has a large living room with an open fireplace (for cozy heat during the winter months), 2 comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen with all extras and a bathroom with whirltub. In the separately accessible tower apartment is the 3rd bedroom and a further bathroom. The villa was completely renovated in spring 2014.

Bedrooms

The Villa Inge offers 3 lovely furnished bedrooms, two of them are located in the ground floor and the 3rd bedroom is located in the separately accessible tower apartment.

This bedroom has a private balcony with a beautiful view of the garden and the nearby mountains, its own bathroom and it is also equipped with a flat screen TV. All bedrooms are fitted with heating, air conditioning and blinds.

Overall the villa offers for six people comfortable sleep capacity. Also on request you can order a baby bed.

Bathrooms

The Villa Inge has two quality bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and a whirltub, in which you can relax very well.


In the tower apartment there is another bathroom with shower and toilet, so the guests of this room can use their own bathroom on the upper floor comfortable.

Kitchen

The rustic kitchen in spanish style has everything you need as a guest:

Fridge / freezer, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, microwave, blender,...etc.. everything is there - so no wishes remain unfulfilled.

Here you can prepare a delicious Spanish dish, it´s pure enjoyment... A little tip: In Denia you get anywhere freshly caught Mediterranean fish at reasonable prices.

Living Room

The living and dining area is split into a large room.

The dining room table seats 6 people. Here you can enjoy nice meals with mood lighting. There is also available a high chair for our little guests.

Another highlight is the fireplace, which gives a cozy heat on cooler evenings or in winter.

The comfortable couch invites you to relax. Additional facilities include stereo, flat screen TV, satellite TV and W-LAN.

Even the living / dining room is equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Outdoor facility - Pure peace and relaxation

The house impresses with a lovely garden with many Mediterranean plants. For the redesign, we have consciously decided to use natural materials such as natural stone to give the garden something special.

The new pool is 8 m x 4 m and you can refresh yourself any time. Cozy sunloungers and swing chairs are sufficiently available and guarantee optimum holiday relaxation.

Under the covered terrace (22 m²), you can enjoy the peace and let the day end. Here is the dining area with 6 seats and a beautiful lounge area. The well-maintained barbecue area is connected with the terrace. Here you can prepare typical Spanish delicacies on a gas grill.

The breakfast terrace offers an additional sitting, to start your holiday with the first rays of sunshine.

wir haben letztes Jahr unseren Urlaub hier verbracht... das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet und liegt ruhig ca. 500m vom Strand bei El Poblets entfernt.... wir kommen sicher wieder!

Très belle villa conforme aux attentes. Avons passé un agréable séjour. Identique aux descriptions. Le seul point négatif que l'électricité ne soit pas comprise dans le prix. Je recommande vivement !! Nous y retournons

Dieses Haus verdient eigentlich noch viel mehr Sterne: - Für die ruhige Lage, aber dennoch sind Strand, Strand, Restaurant und Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - Für die gute Ausstattung, den großen, gepflegten Garten, den Pool, den Whirlpool und das alles super gepflegt und blitzsauber - Den netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin - Die tolle Betreuung vor Ort Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder <3
