The villa Ralf is a real holiday paradise. Be it sports, conviviality, games or relaxation – on the spacious grounds everyone persues their prefential activities. The palm garden with grass field is completely fenced and shielded from view.

On the grounds there are a pool, a tennis court, a playground, wellness and much more offering a multi-faceted program for people of all ages. In the villa with the separate guest house up to 12 people reside modernly and highly comfortable.

Bedrooms

In the five comfortable bedrooms, Spanish-style, you will feel at ease. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and furnished individually and elegantly.

Bathrooms

The Villa Ralf has four commodious bathrooms with luxurious furniture, including three shower rooms and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Kitchens

Two modern kitchens make cooking a communal pleasure. They are fully equipped with all the extras such as a microwave, ice cream maker, baking oven, fully automatic coffee machine etc.

Living Room

The tastefully decorated living room with flat screen is fully air-conditioned. A gas fireplace and a cozy sitting area invite you to spend convivial evenings.

Dining Room

Enjoyment, fun and games, entertainment - the dining room offers plenty of space for all of these. Twelve persons can sit at the large table. The fully air-conditioned room is the central point of the house.

Guest House

A little offside and just a few steps away from the villa, the guest house with its own pergola and a beautiful terrace is located. If you value privacy you will feel very comfortable in this part of the facility. This is an ideal home for a family with children for example.

Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room – take a look at everything unhurriedly. Spherical panoramas show the rooms with all their details.

Bedroom

Spanish-style built-in cupboards contribute to the special atmosphere of the bedroom. This room is fully air-conditioned.

Bathroom

The guest house has a private bathroom with shower. Tiled with high quality natural stone it radiates a cozy atmosphere.

Kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen with built-in cupboards welcomes you in the guest house. It is among others equipped with a toaster, water boiler, microwave, dinner table and much more.

Living Room

Cozy evenings in a relaxed atmosphere are preprogrammed in this living room. TV and lounge suite belong to the high-class furnishing. With just a few simple hand movements you can reform the sofa into a spare bed.

One of the highlights of your holiday will be the communal barbecues. On the fostered barbecue area with gas BBQ and paella pan you can enjoy typical Spanish delicacies. On the roofed terrace you lean back and relax in the premium seating furniture and let your eyes wander across the charming scenery of the beautiful garden. There are numerous fruit trees such as pomegranate, lemon, fig tree and orange and you can of course serve yourself.

Wellness - Oasis of relaxation

The small wellness-oasis is a place of peace and relaxation. The large pool is the focal point of the garden. A little offside there are a whirlpool and a sauna.

Sports grounds

You want an active holiday but yet individually? Then you are right at the Villa Ralf. The large sports facility is available just for you.

The magnificent sports ground provides an impressive look out on the Montgó mountain and the castle of Dénia. A tennis court with joint-friendly artificial turf at Grand Slam level leaves even the most demanding tennis fans nothing to be desired. For volleyball, table tennis and basketball matches the appropriate equipment is available.

Playground

The large children's playground with play equipments for all ages will be the favorite place of the little guests. The entire ground is fenced and child-proof. From the shady park bench you can relax and look after your children.

Arrival

The journey to Dénia is comfortable by plane. The nearest airports are in Alicante and Valencia; both are connected to Dénia via the motorway A-7. The exit 62 leads into the city. From Ondara the national road N-332 leads to Dénia. Furthermore there is a rail connection in the direction of Alicante and Valencia. Ferries run between the port of Dénia and the Balearics.

Waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern da. Super schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit ausreichend Platz für alle. Pool hat eine tolle Grösse für so viele. Das Haus war super ausgestattet und auch in beiden Küchen war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Schöner Urlaub

Very nice villa! Perfect for large groups with children. But, avoid jacuzzi. 4 out of 6 children got ear infection after using it. Smelled bad. Else, lovely place
