Description
The Villa de Alevtina is just 100 meters from the beach in a quiet residential area in the district Almadrava in Dénia, near the mouth of the River Girona. On the right side of this river is a mile-long sandy beach, ideal for long walks, left extends the gravel beach.

The house impresses with a 1250 m² of beautifully landscaped garden with seating areas, terraces, towering palm trees and many mediterranean plants and is surrounded by an evergreen hedge that provides privacy.

The 10x5 meter pool can be heated at the request and offers plenty of space to swim and relax. In a 2x2 meter baby pool even smaller children can safely splash around. A little off you can in all peace relax your mind in the covered Jacuzzi or reenergize in the sauna.

Front of the house you can easily park your car, here are two for you reserved covered car parking.

You will enjoy untroubled days directly at the sea.

Facilities - Take a look around

The Villa de Alevtina offers through the various areas a relaxing holiday, for larger groups or several families. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace and large flat screen TV, a dining room with large table for 10 people, which is ideal to dine well. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking fun. Also are on the ground floor two bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower.

On the 1st floor there is a separate area with a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with shower. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into another bed, an ideal area for a family with 2 children, who want be undisturbed sometimes. The fourth bedroom with attached shower room is accessible via a separate entrance. It also includes a small terrace and it is ideal for someone who likes to go to bed earlier.

The villa is equipped in each bedroom and the living room on the ground floor with air conditioning and has a gas central heating, and therefore well equipped for a vacation in winter. Take a look around unhurriedly. Follow the pictures and discover all the comforts of Villa de Alevtina.

Bedrooms

The Villa de Alevtina has 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a shower room and offers space for 8 people. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and are connected to the gas central heating.

In the living room on the 1st floor is a sofa bed, which can be transformed into another bed for 2 persons, so total 10 people can be comfortably accommodated well.

Bathrooms

Each bedroom of the villa has its own high-quality bathroom equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. All bathrooms are heated.

Living Rooms

There are two living rooms for you.

The first living room has a cozy dining area and a 60 m² covered terrace with BBQ, which can also be closed if necessary. The living and dining area can comfortably warm up by several radiators on colder winter evenings. Further here is a fireplace, giving a homely atmosphere in the winter and therefore your accommodation is also suitable for wintering. Of course there´s air conditioning in the living area.

On the 1st floor there is a second living room with a sofa bed, which is suitable for 2 persons.

Dining Room

The furnished in Spanish style dining room offers space for eight to ten people. Enjoy your evenings together.

The rooms also offer for a larger group or family plenty of privacy for a relaxing and refreshing holiday.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, large fridge, oven, washer-dryer, ice maker and blender leaves no wish unfulfilled.

Here you will find everything for your daily needs and Cooking gets a pleasure.

Terrace

A highlight of the Villa de Alevtina is surely the 60 m² covered terrace. Here you can really enjoy your holiday in the south. At the large dining table, overlooking the pool and mediterranean garden, breakfast tastes even better, or spend cozy evenings in the lounge area which offers plenty of space. Enjoy exciting evenings at the large flat screen TV .... this terrace leaves no wish unfulfilled.

In winter you can transform the terrace into a winter garden, by simply closing the sliding window.

The well-maintained barbecue area is directly connected to the terrace. Here you can prepare typical Spanish delicacies on a large gas grill.

Roof terrace

The roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains of Dénia. Enjoy there, perhaps with a glass of champagne, beautiful sunsets.

Wellness - Oasis of relaxation

The villa offers a beautiful spa oasis. It is place of peace and relaxation. The large heated pool is the focal point of the garden and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. In the baby pool also smaller children can safely splash about.

A little off you can relax in the covered jacuzzi.
Or you choose to visit the sauna, specifically recommended in the winter month.

Arrival

The journey to Dénia is comfortable by plane. The nearest airports are in Alicante and Valencia; both are connected to Dénia via the motorway A-7. The exit 62 leads into the city. From Ondara the national road N-332 leads to Dénia. Furthermore there is a rail connection in the direction of Alicante and Valencia. Ferries run between the port of Dénia and the Balearics.
