By renovating the historic grandparents' house with care and taste, we have given these important family walls a second life. This is how La Fòlia's guesthouse has been created.

The mix of modern furniture with historical architectural elements emphasizes the atmosphere of this place. In order not to lose the connection with its past, we have intentionally kept the original interior division.

This place, dwelled in by three generations of our loved ones, has now become the witness of new stories, new memories ... of YOUR holidays.

We also offer a pet friendly structure for those who love to bring their pet with them.

From the rooms you can access the courtyard and the shed for bicycles and motorcycles. We make garden furniture available to guests. Small pets are allowed.

Pesaro is a city pet friendly. Here it is possible to relax, have fun and enjoy the beauty of the sea with the company of your four-legged friend. The new dog beach, inaugurated in June 2020 in Baia Flaminia, gives the right emphasis to the holiday.

All the rooms, furnished with taste and elegance by taking care of the details, are very comfortable. They are equipped with heat pump heating / air conditioning, LED TV, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels.

Each room is characterized by a different color that belongs to the season and at the same time recalls the name and logo of the structure.

On request we provide accessories for babies and children.

Fòlia doesn't have a private parking area.

Vehicles can park for free in the street, on the side of the structure, or in the neighboring streets.

We also recommend you to leave the vehicle at the large parking area San Decenzio which is about 5 minutes walk from our house. Parking is free and outdoors.

Payment Policy
The final cleaning price (50$) and the tourist tax(1.30$/night) are not included on the room booking. The tourist tax has to be payed immediatly after arriving to the stucture , expect for the kids under 14 years old.
