Restaurant

Our chef is an expert in crafting twists on Marchigiano classics, like vitello tartare and black risotto at Each dish is made only from local ingredients, such as a special flour for our pastas that is made from an ancient, easily digestible strain of local wheat called “jervicella,” and delicious seasonal vegetables. We also serve hand-made desserts like mousses and tarts, and are happy to prepare off-menu items upon request here at one of the best resorts in Montappone. Be sure to ask Emanuele and Fabiola about our rare collection of vintage Italian wines.

A restored palace that is now used as a hotel and restaurant. The restaurant maintains a very high level of service, quality of food, and a menu of gourmet dishes. Immanuel, the waiter is also a sommelier, and manages to match your wine to the food dish perfectly. Michael, the chef, is a relatively young guy, with a wonderful hand at creating flavors you have never encountered before. The service in the place is excellent, the view is amazing, because you sit on a terrace at the top of a hill and watch the sunset with an excellent glass of wine in your hand. I brought to this restaurant all the important guests I had. Everyone enjoyed and admired. All this in a small village whose publicity is at all due to the production of hats.

Palazzo Riccucci is a hidden gem in the heart of Italy's Marche region. The building is a historic castle restored into a hotel that boasts an incredible gourmet restaurant. From oversized rooms with breathtaking views, to and impeccable service and incredible Italian cuisine, everything is just perfect. Each stay has been lovely and I can't wait to go back this summer.
