Casa Lazzarini is a luxury apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Pesaro; from here it is possible to reach, on foot, boutiques, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, train and bus stations and all other services. Moreover, in a few minutes walk, you can reach the beaches and the  promenade.
 
The large windows of the house allow a view of the Rossini Theater, where the renowned Rossini Opera Festival takes place every year.
 
The apartment consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed in the living room, two double bedrooms furnished with fine furniture and refined fabrics and finally two bathrooms both with shower.
 
The main services of the apartment are: ducted air conditioning, free wi-fi, courtesy set, sheets and towels. In addition, always at your disposal, we provide two bicycles to move easily throughout the city. Private garage available free of charge by reservation only. Ideal for 4 people (maximum 6).

A town to live intensely

You will be enchanted by the beauty of Pesaro, a city full of eighteenth-century palaces, museums, churches, libraries and small craft shops where you can admire amazing fully handmade arfitacts.

Rocca Costanza overlooks the city: a former military fort, which was built in the second half of the fifteenth century by Costanzo Sforza, which is now the summer seat for several cultural events, exhibitions and expositions.

Pesaro is mainly popular for its worldwide-known events like Rossini Opera Festival, which every year – in August – brings to the stage the masterpieces by Gioacchino Rossini, with internationally renowed singers and artists.

Pesaro has received the title of European Sports City due to the several international sport events which take place every year in the city, and City of the Bicycle for its large network of cycle paths. It has also received the certificate of Blue Flag for the quality of its water and sea, touched by the long wonderful beaches full of bathhouses.

We enjoyed our stay in Pesaro. The Appartement and the service was great! For us it was just a bit to loud from the street especially in the morning. otherwise the location and appartement etc was really, really good!

A beautiful apartment right on the edge of Pesaro centre, just perfect to walk to the shops the beach and the park. If you need a train the station is 2 minutes walk. Check in was perfect with our hosts perfect English and simple instructions and the apartment was beautiful well equipped and super comfy beds 5* from us. Thanks
