The farm consists of three apartments, one of which forn ito for disabled guests, fully furnished to the last detail, to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Apartment A (approved for disabled guests) - ground floor

In addition to the above services the apartment "A" has a sofa - bed (single) more, adjacent to the camer to bed , for the person accompanying the disabled person , for a total of 5 beds (even counting the double sofa bed). Even the bathroom accessories are adapted to the space in such a way as to allow maximum practicality and comfort.

Apartments "B" and "C" - 1st floor

In addition to the services listed above, the two apartments on the first floor have a large terrace and a bedroom with bunk beds , for a total of 6 beds (including the double sofa bed).

Camping

A completion of agrituristic to , active since 1989 , the campsite is immersed in a green pine forest , where families and groups can camp with tents, campers or caravans. Hurry to book!

Who we are

We are two young twins, Giovanni and Cristina, who have decided to try their hand at a s tartup connected to the agritourism activity of receiving guests and promoting our local products.

The House rising from the ashes of the farm that our grandparents have been pursuing since World War II until the mid-year 2000. In its place there were the stables, the barn and the the storage of feed where they raised cows, sheep , hens and rabbits, together with the cultivation of wheat, vines, and fruit and vegetables .

After the death of our grandfather, the old structures were converted into a farmhouse consisting of three apartments. Here families and groups can go to stay during the holiday periods and enjoy all the resources and attractions of the Marche hinterland, and in particular the town of Apiro and surrounding areas (including our campsite!).

The Farmhouse is immersed in the green hills of the Marche, but at the same time very close to the town which is easily reachable on foot ( so you don't need to have vehicles for moving around the town) and enjoys a panorama that goes from Mount San Near the Castreccioni lake.

FROM ANCONA ( 54 Km) - Highway 76 towards Rome EXIT JESI OVEST - CINGOLI take the road to Cupramontana then to Apiro

FROM MACERATA ( 42 Km) - take the road to Villa Potenza, Grottaccia, Avenale, Capo di Rio, Cingoli, Apiro
