Description
The Country House is a rural smallholding, known locally as a ‘casa colonica’. It has been tastefully restored and refurbished. Although now fully modernised the house still retains the character of a traditional Marche country house.

The house consists of 7 apartments, with a maximum capacity of 22 people. 2 of the apartments are equipped for the use of the disabled (a total of 4 beds).

Every apartment has either one or two bedrooms, bathroom, equipped kitchen and lounge area. The apartments all have central heating. We also have a telephone and internet connection on site.

In the centre of the spacious courtyard there is a seating area with gazebo where you can enjoy your meals outside overlooking the spendid scenery. We also have an outdoor BBQ for the use of all guests.

The Country House is ideal for animal lovers, we accept pets by prior arrangement. There is a local horseriding stables where you can enjoy trekking in the heart of the beautiful Marche landscape.

Apartment 1

The first apartment is located on the ground floor, is about 40 square meters. consists of a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen / living room where there is a sofa bed for two people, comfortable with slatted base and can accommodate 2/4 people.

The apartment is fully equipped with linen, TV, refrigerator, fans, microwave and all the necessary equipment for the kitchen. Outside there is a table to eat at ‘open.

Apartment 2

Studio n.2 is located on the ground floor, it is about 28 square meters. consisting of a double bed, bathroom and kitchenette, can accommodate two people.

The studio is fully equipped with linens, TV, fridge, fan, microwave and all the necessary equipment for the kitchen.

Outside there is a table for eating outdoors.

Apartment 3

Apartment n.3 is located on the first floor, it is about 36 square meters. consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen / living room where there is a sofa bed for one person, comfortably with slatted net, can accommodate 2/3 people.

The apartment is fully equipped with linens, TV, fridge, fans, electric oven and all the necessary equipment for the kitchen. Outside there is a table for eating outdoors.

Apartment 4

Apartment n.4 is located on the first floor, it is about 60 square meters. consisting of two double bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen / living room where there is a sofa bed for one person, comfortably with slatted net, can accommodate 4/6 people.

The apartment is fully equipped with linens, TV, fridge, fans, electric oven and all the necessary equipment for the kitchen. Outside there is a table for eating outdoors.

Apartment 5

Apartment No.5 is located on the ground floor in the new building, it is about 35 square meters. consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen / living room where there is a sofa bed for one person or two children, comfortably with slatted net, can accommodate 2/4 people.

The apartment is fully equipped with linens, TV, fridge, air conditioning, electric oven and all the necessary equipment for the kitchen.

Outside there is a private terrace with table for eating outdoors.

Apartment 6

Studio n.6 is about 26sqm and is located in the new part of the facility. It consists of a double bed, bathroom and kitchenette and can accommodate two people. The studio is fully equipped with linens, TV, fridge, air conditioner, microwave and all the necessary equipment for the kitchen. Outside there is a table for eating outdoors.

Apartment 7

Apartment n.7 located in the new part, is about 55 sqm. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen / living room where there is a sofa bed for one person, comfortably with slatted net, can accommodate 4/6 people.

The apartment is fully equipped with linens, TV, fridge, conditioners, electric oven and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Outside there is a space with umbrella, table and chairs for eating outdoors.

Restaurant

In the summer of 2014 the country house has launched a new restaurant and tasting area, both rural and elegant place at the same time, where it is possible to enjoy the typical seasonal dishes of the Marche Region’s tradition, and not only. All wet with excellent wines Verdicchio Doc, Rosso Conero, Rosso Piceno and Lacrima.

Furthermore, the country house offers a take-away service, both for the Country House guests and for anyone who wants to taste dishes cooked with ingredients at zero food-miles.

The menu changes daily, following the seasons and the chef’s creativity.
