Tipical country house with 8 rooms, with private bathroom, air conditioning, tv. In the common area there is a breakfast room, terrace, gazebo and barbecues. It has a swimming pool with a solarium, a playground for kids and a lovely big garden.

You can park between our olive trees in the parking, make a walk in the country and enjoy a relaxing holiday far away from city noise. The region of Marche has a lot of charming villages and summer nights are full of fun thanks to his sagras and festivals.

Rooms

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, and each room has its own peculiarity, characterized by the colour of the flower that names them. Moreover, 6 rooms are equipped with an amazing loft: Girasole, Viola, Calla, Lavanda, Rosa e Ginestra. The other two rooms, on ground floor, are equipped with facilities for handicapped persons: Papavero e Margherita.

Activities

The list of in-house available activities include swimming, trekking and mountain-biking. On a gloriously sunbathed day, children can have fun in our small kids playground.

Large parking with our pony Birillo and our Sardinian donkey Nina.

The rates are for double room, buffet breakfast included. Any additional bed costs 20 euro per night. Tourist tax is 0,50 per person per night.
Cancellation Policy
During High season (july and august) you can cancel 30 days before your arrival, rest of the year you can cancel 48 hours before your arrival without any charge.
