This Luxurious Duplex is located in Puerto Alcúdia, and is just 100m away from the Alcudia beach. Lovely views on the sea and mountains from the roof terrace! The duplex has been recently reformed, has high-quality furniture.

There are 3 double bedrooms.

There is an elevator to the apartment. Inside the apartment, there are stairs to the bedrooms and another stairway to the top floor bedroom and roof terrace.

The space

Big luxury apartment in the center of town and only 100 meters to the beach and the luxury Marina (Alcudiamar).

The Duplex has 3 floors, connected by interior stairways:

First floor: 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with shower

Second floor: Kitchen, dining area and Living room

This Floor: Double bedroom under the roof. Private terrace with views overt the mountains, sea and the Marina / Port (ALCUDIAMAR).

The Penthouse is located in the middle of the lively village, within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops, and the beach. A car is not necessary!

There is a big variety of bars and restaurants (all within walking distance) where you can enjoy a fantastic meal while watching over the luxury marina or the sea...

Guest access

Totaly private use of all rooms and terraces.

Other things to note

NOTE:

- Tourist Tax to be paid in cash at arrival. Max €2,20 per person (16 and older) per day.

- Electricity is charged separately at €0,25 kW/ hour. Therefore at the beginning of the stay a €100,- per week cash deposit must be paid extra in advance.
