Modern luxury apartment with a big garden/terrace and sea views! This apartment Mirador Blue C is the only one that has a private access from your front terrace and garden to the beach just 30 meter away, crossing the street.

There are three bedrooms that can sleep 6 in total, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen including a private terrace with excellent sea views. Wifi high speed (Fibre) and full A/C.

There is on optional private underground parking for your car.

The space

Modern luxury apartments. Ideal for family and friends. Very private but also right on the beach. Best location in Cala Molins.

The property is a luxury ground floor apartment for up to 6 people located in front of the Cala Molins beach with a big garden, WIFI and Air-conditioning (COLD/ HOT).

This apartment has an excellent location overlooking the sea and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntanta that can be enjoyed from its open garden/ terrace with views of the sea.

On the terrace there are outdoor sofas and chairs, as well as an outdoor dining table with fabulous views of the beach. There is also a BBQ.

The apartments offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms:

- The first room has double bed and has a private bathroom with en-suite bathtub and direct access to the front terrace.

- The second bedroom: two single beds of 90 x 200 cm.

- The third bedroom: 2 x 80 x 190 cm beds (one pul out) and access to a small rear terrace.

In addition to the ensuite bathroom there is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room that leads to the bright private terrace with excellent views of the sea.

The apartment offers: high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic) and hot and cold air conditioning.

This apartment is ideal for those travelers who want to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in summer, it is also a perfect place for fishing, diving, cycling and hiking trips outside the main tourist season.

It is located in Cala Molins, one of the three beaches that make up Cala Sant Vicenç, (Cala San Vicente) is a small but spectacular beach resort located on the north coast between Pollença and Puerto Pollensa and between the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana . The incredibly clear waters of Cala Sant Vicenç are surrounded by impressive rocky cliffs.

Other things to note

Tourist Tax to be paid in cash at arrival. Max €2,20 per person (16 and older) per day. (with discounts of 50 per cent for stays in low season (Nov-Apr) and stays off longer than 9 days during the high season).

OPTIONAL: Parking at the private Garage for 6€/day.
There is free Public Parking in front of the apartments as well.

- No smoking is allowed anywhere in the home.

On the terrace it is allowed to smoke but mind the neighbours please!

- No parties or loud music. No loud noises after 23.00
