Where the locals like to go...Close to Port Pollensa but a bit more exclusive...

Ideal for a relaxed beach holiday from March till November.

Excellent for fishing, diving, cycling and hiking excursions, also outside the main tourist season.

Cala Sant Vicenç, (Cala San Vicente) is a small but spectacular beach resort located on the Northern coast between Pollenca and Puerto Pollensa. In between the Tramuntana Mountains. The amazingly clear waters of Cala Sant Vicenç are surrounded by impressive rocky cliffs.

There are three magnificent beaches, each boasting views that stretch out across the sea for as far as the eye can see.

There is a big free public parking space in front of the apartment.

Private underground parking is offered for Euro 6/day.

You can reserve your own underground parking space for Euro 6,- a day.

Or FREE parking in the street and public parking opposite of he apartment.

This Property is NOT offering Any Hotel Like Services. This home is rented out for your private use only. Thereby NOT offering and NOT providing any kind of Hotel-like services like; reception, drinks or meals, maid/ cleaning services, etc. Some of these services can be provided upon specific request.

Tourist Tax to be paid in cash at arrival. Max €2,20 per person (16 and older) per day. (with discounts of 50 percent for stays in low season (Nov-Apr) and stays off longer than 8 days during the high season).

- This home is equipped with valuable furniture. We ask guests to treat it with care.
- No smoking is allowed anywhere in the home. On the terrace, it is allowed to smoke but mind the neighbors, please!
- No parties or loud music.
- No loud noise after 23.00 and before 8.00
