This beautiful Villa has 4 bedrooms (1 double on ground level), a saltwater pool, a BBQ and two big terraces.

There is a lovely big pool and garden. There is a big terrace with dinner table outside next to a fantastic BBQ.

Only a short 5 min. walk 4 to the beach of Alcúdia. The luxury port, many shops, bars and restaurants are at walking distance.

The space

Big and private Villa. Lovely swimming pool with natural salt water (no chloride). All very spacious, tidy and of good quality.

Two air conditionings: one in the living room and one in the main bedroom. There are normal fans provided for the other rooms.

The house is totally private in a residential area very close to the beach!

Near to all kind of sport activities, the beach and bars/ restaurants. Ideal location for a relaxing stay.

The Villa offers several lovely terraces and a green garden.

4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms.

Spacious saloon with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.

Fully equipped kitchen.

Airy and bright living area with LCD TV.

Supermarket and shops nearby.

Waterpark HidroPark Alcudia
At 1, 5 km. HidroPark in Alcudia is the only water park in the northern part of Mallorca. It offers many pools and funny slides for the entire family.

Other things to note

Tourist Tax to be paid in cash at arrival. Max €2,20 per person (16 and older) per day.

For self-catering accommodation, the daily tax rate is € 2,20 per person per day. (with discounts of 50 per cent for stays in low season (Nov-Apr) and stays off longer than 9 days during the high season).

NOTE: - Electricity is charged separately at €0,30 kW/ hour. Therefore at the beginning of the stay a €100,- per week cash deposit must be paid extra in advance.
