This Property is NOT offering Any Hotel Like Services. This home is rented out for your private use only. Thereby NOT offering and NOT providing any kind of Hotel like services like; reception, drinks or meals, maid/ cleaning services, etc.

Some of these services can be provided upon specific request.

Tourist Tax to be paid in cash at arrival. Max €2,- per person (16 and older) per day.
For self-catering accommodation, the daily tax rate is € 2,- per person per day.
(with discounts of 50 per cent for stays in low season (Nov-Apr) and stays off longer than 9 days during the high season).

- This home is equipped with expensive furniture. We ask guests to treat it with care.
- No smoking is allowed anywhere in the home. On the terrace it is allowed to smoke but mind the neighbours please!
- No parties or loud music. No loud noise after 23.00
- No groups of youngsters under 25 years of age

NOTE: - Electricity is charged separately at €0,30 kW/ hour. Therefore at the beginning of the stay a €100,- per week cash deposit must be paid extra in advance.
