The apartment has one bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds in the loft. If you need a cot is available for children. the kitchen is well equipped with all major appliances including a dishwasher. In the courtyard is made available to a charcoal barbecue. The house has undergone during 2012 renovations

In the village there is a bar-restaurant while about 500 meters away is the tobacco shop, the market, and the newsstand. The village is served daily by the trade ambulante of fruit and vegetables. the beach is a beach ('Red Island') which, besides providing pitches and comfort for the beach, has pedal boats and canoes.

 At about 5 kilometers (The Cove) you can do the main beach activities such as surfing, kite surfing, boat rental and diving. Also from The Cove of can make excursions to the main beach of the Gulf of Orosei (Cala Luna, Bue Marino, Cala Sisine, Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritze, Tavolara Island.
