Guest access
The apartment is on the 4th and 5th floor, but there is an elevator. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Our couch also becomes a bed so 9 people could sleep comfortably.
Interaction with guests
It will be a pleasure to welcome you and we can provide a list of places to go and things to see.
Other things to note
We're an international couple with three little children and we speak English, French and Italian fluently. Good Spanish. Some German and Japanese.
The neighborhood
Claudia’s home is located in Cagliari, Sardegna, Italy. The best thing about our neighborhood is that it is close to everything, quite and safe. There are good restaurants minutes away, the post office is 100 meters away, we live above the best ice cream parlor in town, banks, free parking, supermarket, everything you could need.
Getting around
7 Bus lines stop in front of our building door taking you to anywhere you want to go. 10 minutes from Marina/via Roma 5 minutes from il Poetto The best park in the city (Monte Urpino) is 5 min away on foot. Bird watching/bike riding/ horse back riding park (Molentargius) 7 minutes away on foot.

We had a great time last week at Claudia's apartment. We rented the whole place, so had 3 comfortable double bedrooms as well as the upstairs living room and kitchen area and the balcony, which has a great view over the city and out to the sea. We were welcomed and given lots of tips and suggestions as to what to do and where to eat, and we would thoroughly recommend lunch at the farm near Barumini (that our hosts kindly arranged for us!) as well as the local restaurant Il Pepe Rosa. Thanks very much for an excellent long weekend!
Finora la casa migliore mai usata su Airb&b. Appartamento bellissimo, pulito, in zona ottima a 2 passi dal mare, bus sotto casa e comoda per raggiungere il centro la sera. Wi-Fi in tutta la casa, bagni in camera, condizionatore e la chicca cioè la living room del piano superiore completano il contesto rendendola il top. Spero di tornare presto a Cagliari, senza dubbio da Claudia.
Claudia è stata molto accogliente e un ospite fantastica. Noi, eravamo 9 ragazze, siamo rimaste entusiaste della casa: la colazione in terrazza tutte insieme guardando due fenicotteri rosa volare è stata perfetta.
