Featuring a lovely private veranda overlooking the Simius bay, Residence Fenicia 30 apartments are built in traditional Mediterranean style, carefully finished to the last detail, to ensure guests enjoy an unforgettable family holiday in Sardinia.

All apartments have an independent entrance and feature: satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet connection, air conditioning, safe, telephone, hair dryer, fridge, microwave oven (not available in the Lentischio one-room apartment), wardrobes and furnished veranda. Guests are provided with: bed and bathroom linen as well as beach and swimming pool towels.

All apartments are available with Residence service, except for the Lentischio one-room apartment, available only with Hotel service, which includes breakfast and cleaning services three times per week.

Our beach residence in Sardinia includes: heated pool and solarium, leisure area with pinball, table football and ping-pong table, Bistrot with pizzeria, shaded car park. The Residence overlooks the beach reserved to Residence Fenicia guests, who can use the umbrellas and sun loungers for free.

Lentischio
Double bedroom with breakfast included

Ideal for two people, Lentischio is located on the first floor and comprises double bedroom and bathroom. The private terrace, equipped with table and chairs, overlooks the sea. Breakfast and cleaning services are included in the price.

Ginestra
One-room apartment with kitchenette

Ideal for two people or for couples with small children, this one-room apartment comprises double bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Guests may choose between double bed and twin beds. The spacious private terrace overlooking the sea is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. Breakfast is included.

Ibiscus
Two-room apartment with lounge and kitchenette

Ideal for families of 3 or 4 people, this two-room apartment is located on the ground floor and comprises double bedroom, bathroom and a spacious lounge with kitchenette, furnished with two practical sofa beds. The lounge has large full-size windows that open onto a veranda overlooking the sea, furnished with table chairs and sun loungers, which connects the apartment to the garden.

The apartment, comprising two connected rooms each with its own independent entrance, is ideal for four people or for families with grown-up children. Each room includes a double bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace with sea view; both include full services. In one of the two rooms, guests can choose between double bed and twin beds. The apartment also features a kitchenette.

Gelsomino
Three-room apartment with lounge and kitchenette

Ideal for 4 or 5 people, Gelsomino is the only three-room apartment in the Residence. It comprises a spacious lounge with kitchenette, two double bedrooms (one with queen-size bed), bathroom and private furnished patio. The apartment also features an outdoor shower with hot water. In a privileged secluded position, with views of the mountains, this apartment offers guests the privacy of a secluded villa, and thanks to the fireplace and heating system, it is perfectly equipped for winter holidays.
