Guest access
We are renting three rooms individually. So guests would have access to their own bathroom, their room and the kitchen and terrace area during breakfast time. There is an elevator.

It will be a pleasure to welcome you and we will provide a list of places to go and things to see.
Other things to note
We're an international couple with two little children and we speak English, French and Italian fluently. Good Spanish. Some German and Japanese.
The neighborhood
Claudia’s home is located in Cagliari, Sardegna, Italy. The best thing about our neighborhood is that it is close to everything, quite and safe. There are good restaurants minutes away, the post office is 100 meters away, we live above the best ice cream parlor in town, banks, free parking, supermarket, everything you could need.
Getting around
7 Bus lines stop in front of our building door taking you to anywhere you want to go. 5 minutes from Marina/via Roma 5 minutes from il Poetto The best park in the city (Monte Urpino) is 5 min away on foot. Bird watching/bike riding/ horse back riding park (Molentargius) 7 minutes away on foot.

The stay at Claudia and Micals place was really nice . Our room was very clean and the location of their home was perfect. It is close to the beach and the city. We had to prepare our breakfast for ourselves, there were cereals, bread and yoghurt. Thank you for hosting us.
Nice and Cosy rooms in the center of cagliari. Great starting point to see the city and the beach as various bus stops are directly in front of the apartment. Claudia is a top host with awesome tips regarding restaurants and things to do in the south of Sardinia. I would definitely stay there again
Claudia & Michael are great and friendly hosts. My boyfriend and I stayed there for 10 days & had a wonderful time in Cagliari. We really enjoyed the island and our stay at their beautiful apartment. Our room was clean, lovely & had a great view. Claudia & Michaelare are really kind. They helped us with any questions and had great information for good restaurants or bars. I appreciated the quick response received from Claudia, because the booking was done around mid night, for next morning. Everything was ok, was nice to receive a map with the close by points of interest and tips about the city. We also enjoyed good conversations together. The time passed by so quickly but we felt welcomed as if we would have been old friends! Thank you!
We had a very nice time in Cagliari thanks to Claudia who hosted us in her appartement and gave us many advices about the places to visit, where to eat... Breakfasts on the terrasse were perfects, and so was the room. Claudia's appartement is located just between the historical center and the beaches and both are accessible by bus very easily. Beautiful apartment with amaizing views.Good location, near shop, pizzerias,bus stop. Included a nice full breakfast with choices. Claudia and Michael are very nice and helpful people. The first time we lived with the owners and we loved it. . Recommend this place.
