This option includes a continental, self-serve breakfast on the terrace overlooking the gulf of Cagliari. We will provide you with any special requests (sliced meet, eggs, etc.) and anything else you need.

Guest access
We are renting three rooms individually. So guests would have access to their own bathroom, their room and the kitchen and terrace area during breakfast time. There is an elevator.

Other things to note
We're an international couple with two little children and we speak English, French and Italian fluently. Good Spanish. Some German and Japanese.
The neighborhood
Claudia’s home is located in Cagliari, Sardegna, Italy. The best thing about our neighborhood is that it is close to everything quite and safe. There are good restaurants minutes away, the post office is 100 meters away, we live above the best ice cream parlor in town, banks, supermarket, everything you could need.
Getting around
7 Bus lines stop in front of our building door taking you to anywhere you want to go. 5 minutes from Marina/via Roma 5 minutes from il Poetto The best park in the city (Monte Urpino) is 5 min away on foot. Bird watching/bike riding/ horse back riding park (Molentargius) 7 minutes away on foot.

Claudia and Mike and their three playful kids are wonderful hosts. Their house is beautiful and the room given to us was nice and clean. The information that they gave was pretty helpful for discovering certain places.
I loved staying at Claudia and Michael's place! They did a lot of work on it a few years ago, and it's a lovely Airbnb. The house is across the street from the tobacco shop, where you can buy bus tickets. It's also a hop and a skip away from a little grocery store where you can buy water or other supplies. Bus access is easy, too, for wherever you want to go. (Definitely visit Poetto Beach!) Thanks again, guys! I wish I could have met your other two kids. Say hi to Nora for me. :)
Loved this place in Cagliari! Very clean and pretty inside. Our host was extremely nice and knew the area very well. He was American and his wife is Italian. Great time!

It was a really nice and uncomplicated stay. The flat is made with love and we felt instantly comfortable. The bathroom was completely new and everything was really clean. Finding a parking spot in the street was easily. We highly recommend the stay here!
Claudia and her family are wonderful people. They have 2 kids and they are amazing. We have been in a room with an outside bathroom, but it don't make any discomfort to us. We had everything that we have need for breakfast. The view is wonderful. When you having breakfast you can see flying flamingos because the park is 20 min walk from appartment. It's really comfortable place for staying. I'll recommend I definitely.

It was a very lovely staying at Claudia's house. She was very helpful and kind! Her kinds are so cute and sweet! The room was spacious, clean, cozy and well equipped! We would highly recommend this apartment!
Claudia and Mical were excellent hosts, very kind and had two lovely children. The rooms were clean and cozy. Big plus is the terrace with a beautiful view, just like in the pictures :) I definitely recommend staying there!
It was a lovely place. They're very nice people that makes you feel like home in just a second. They gave us some great tips about the city, what to do and where to eat. The 2 children were amazing!! And what about the ice salon downstairs... Thnx for staying at your place and we definitely recommend this to other visitors!!
We had both really good and less good experiences when we lived with Michael and Claudia. It is a lovely apartment overlooking the sea and Michael were very friendly and helpful. We had many great experiences in and around Cagliari and we would like to visit Sardinia again. In Airbnb presentation there were three rooms in the apartment and we booked them all, we were 6 people. 2 days before our arrival we were told that we had to leave a room for two of the days, because they had made a dobbelbooking. We got € 150 in compensation and 2 persons had to sleep on the floor in the childrens room. The alternative was, that we had to find another place to stay. Hard odds to be up against, so we had to accept the changes. We were disappointed and left home with an unsafe feeling that characterized our stay by Michael and Claudia. Another couple had to leave their room to us, when we got there and they had to sleep in the living room. We have the impression that the business is more important than the guests' well-being for Michael and Claudia. They should thing about which signals they send.
It was a real pleasure to stay at Claudia's and her husband's home in Cagliari. They are both really nice, helpful and make you feel comfortable. They gave us a map with useful recommendations of places to see. They both speak a lot of languages. The room is clean, with a splendid sight of the city. The breakfast in their terrace was great. The house is only 20 minutes far away from the centre walking. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
Really welcoming family and was quite helpful for a first time solo traveller like me. Room was clean and modern with nice personal touches. Apartment is nicely located near everything especially the beach with good bus links.
We had a great stay at Claudia´s and Michael´s house. Michael is very welcoming, he made you feel like home so quick and the conversations were real funny and interesting. And the bed.... so comfy! :)
