Description
Situated on the uncontaminated Coral Riviera of Alghero (Sardinia), Farm lies in a few minutes from the sea and give a great possibility for our guests to enjoy the tranquility and a peacefully atmosphere of the place.

The complex was founded almost one century ago, respecting the traditions of Manca’s Family. The true vocation, which major activities were related to the transformation of the land and paying of attention to the environment.

Nowadays, Farm includes all activities of the Family: agriculture, food processing, catering, hospitality and tourism.

These activities are blending with respect for nature and with a pleasure of giving new life to things from the past. Here lies the soul and the peculiarity of this estate.

3-Room Apartment

Hosting from 2 to 4 or 6 guests, it consist of one living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Covered veranda or terrace for your moments of relaxation.

2-Room Superior

Located on the ground floor, the two rooms superior apartment, hosting from 2 to 5 guests (1 double bed +1 extra bed in bedroom +1 double sofa- bed). The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, bedroom and living room. Large and secluded green space that is waiting our guests on the back of the apartment with a comfortable veranda, with wood pergola for the moments of relaxation.

2-Room Apartment

Located on the ground floor, the two-room apartment, can accommodate from 2 to 4 guests (1 double bed + 1 or 2 extra beds on request) which comprises: a  kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom and a living room. There is secluded green space – for your relax – on the back of the apartment with a comfortable veranda and a wooden pergola.

Studio

The studio is the smallest unit of the farm’s complex and it consists of an apartment that can accommodate from 2 to 3 guests (1 double bed +1 small sofa bed). From the studio you can enjoy the panoramic view of the beautiful swimming pool below.

Villini

The villini are arranged in an exclusive and secluded location. They can host from 2 to 4 guests (1 double bed + 2 sofa- beds or 1 sofa- bed or extra bed in room), bathroom, and living room with kitchenette. Private barbecue.

5-Room Deluxe

The 5-Room Deluxe hosting from 9 to 11 guests (4 double or twin beds including 1 with extra bed + 2 sofa-beds). It is arranged on two levels with bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 with whirlpool), living room and kitchen area with dishwasher. In addition to the veranda area, it also has access to the inner courtyard, which is ideal for children’s play or to enjoy a good reading meanwhile the adults make a private barbecue.

4-Room Deluxe

Large two-level apartments that hosting from 6 to 8 guests (3 double beds + 2 sofa-beds), it consist of three bedrooms, bathrooms with bath and whirlpool or shower, living room and kitchen area with dishwasher. Spacious terrace for moments of relaxation.

3-Room Deluxe

The three-room deluxe apartments can accommodate from 4 to 6 guests and they are set on one or two levels (check availability when booking). They consist of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two double or twin bedrooms and a bathroom. All the furniture has warm tones and materials, and it is accurately styled according to the Sardinian tradition: from rugs to bedspreads and curtains. The apartment has also a beautiful terrace with a view.

2-Room Deluxe

The cozy houses of the Borgo hosting from 2 to maximum of 4 guests (1 double bed + 2 sofa-beds), they consist of a living room with kitchenette, one bedroom and bathroom. The particular solid wood furniture, made by local artisans, and a splendid terrace with a view, characterizes all the houses of the Borgo.

The present building is the result of a careful restoration of existing many centuries ago antique farmhouse, whose architectural simplicity was maintained.
The villa is surrounded by the 12 hectares of the olive groves, has a large and beautiful colonnade and comfortable veranda, allowing you to relax in a quiet countryside with private and exclusive use of the swimming pool with a high level of privacy.

The building is located on two floors with all necessary devices and things for the exclusive comfort of our guests: well organized kitchen, three double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two living rooms, two bathrooms, terrace and a large veranda, that allows you to enjoy the magnificent surrounding of the countryside.

Villa Santa Barbara

Villa Santa Barbara is the perfect place for those who are looking for a special holiday, full of relax, peaceful and quietness atmosphere. The major advantage of the building is it’s location. It is situated not far from the different important natural and cultural centers. The villa suits perfectly for families, groups of friends or couples, which intends to relax in a natural surrounding, far away from the chaos of the city.

Restaurant Le Pinnette

The ‘Pinneddu’ is an antique house that has been constructed many centuries ago with stone and reeds and has a direct link with the countryside culture of Sardinia. These ancient building could be counted as main inspiration for architects of restaurant ‘Le Pinnette’ of the Farm.

If outside the building took it’s history from the Sardinia’s land, meanwhile, inside it surprises with ability to create a cozy atmosphere. The solid elegance of the architectural solutions and the typical furnishings creates together not false environment with a very beautiful inserts of modernity.

Swimming Pools
You can find four beautiful swimming pools in Farm, which are framed by the wonderful gardens, delighting guest’s accommodation.

All swimming pools of the farm’s complex are equipped with the loungers, large umbrellas, outside showers and are conveniently located in proximity with all residences of the farm, within the aim to make vacation of our guests maximum comfortable.
