Description
Private and elegant apartment recently renovated, located a few minutes away from the train station of Porta Susa in a strategic area of Turin. The apartment consists of a living area with a couch (which can turn into sofa-bed when necessary), a dining table and the fully equipped kitchen. Then comes the double bedroom, with a spacious wardrobe at complete of disposal of the guests. The remaining room of the house is the bathroom. The apartment is located at the first floor with elevator.

Guest access

Guests will have the whole apartment at their own disposal.

Other things to note

The apartment is provided with bed linen and a set of towels for each guest (shower, hands and bidet).

Location

Cit Turin is a lovely neighbourhood at the gates of the city centre, with typical architecture and some examples of Liberty. The main axes of the area are Via Principi d'Acaja and Via Duchessa Yolanda, lively streets that offer a wide choice of restaurants, bar and shops. Another focal point of the area is Piazza Benefica, which hosts every morning from monday to saturday the historical open market well know for the quality of its products.

Getting around

The apartment is very well located. The city centre is just 10/15 minutes away, the area around the house is served by the metro and the train station. Also, many bus lines are available in the surroundings of the house.

Cleaning fee --> 35€, Price of the cleaning fee is not included in the nightly price and must be calculated for each reservation. Extra costs: 2,30€ per night per guest for Tourist Tax, this amount must be paid cash at check-in. Payment policy: Half of the amount as deposit with bank transfer to confirm reservation, half at check-in in cash.

We had a great time staying in Torino. The apartment is beautiful and big enough for tree adults. There is about 15 minutes walk to The City center but on The same street there are many restaurants and shops. Especially The restaurant just downstrairs of The apartment has a beautiful garden and exellent food . Would definetly recomend this place to everyone who wants an clean and comoftable place to stay with good location while visiting Turin.

The apartment is very nice. I liked my stay there a lot. It is spacious and has high ceilings. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood next to the city center and close to a metro station and a railway station. The apartment is very well equipped with household appliances and everything that could be useful for a long stay. The host has been always helpful and responsive.

Lovely and elegant little apartment in a great central location, 5 minutes walking from the Porta Susa station, and good value too. The apartment was just as nice as it looks in the photos, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. There was lots of space for storage of clothes, we could cook meals and make coffee and there was a dishwasher and hairdryer and all the essentials. Francesco was a helpful and attentive host. We stayed 3 nights and would have happily stayed longer. Just great overall.

We preferred the house to be close to Politecnico di Torino. It is not in the very city center but in 20 mins walking distance. The neighborhood is nice. There is a restaurant in the yard and all of the necessary shops (restaurants, markets etc.) are just a couple of walking distance. At the end of the street, there is the metro station. The house was clean and tidy. Sometimes you may hear some shouts from the street or car engine sounds but it was not a problem for us. I would recommend this apartment for your stays in Torino.
