Description
Bright and welcoming apartment at the gates of the city centre, recently renovated and finely furnished. The house consists of three areas: the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table (practical for studying/working activities as well), the living area with a couch, which can turn into sofa-bed if necessary, and a spacious double room. The remaining area is the bathroom. The apartment is an ideal solution for tourists, given its location right next to Porta Susa train station and the metro.

Guest access

Guests will have the whole apartment at their own disposal.

Other things to note

The apartment is provided with bed linen and a set of towels for each guest (shower, hands and bidet). We kindly ask our guests to let us know how many beds they want us to prepare for their stay.

Location

Cit Turin is a lovely neighbourhood at the gates of the city centre, with typical architecture and some examples of Liberty. The main axes of the area are Via Principi d'Acaja and Via Duchessa Yolanda, lively streets that offer a wide choice of restaurants, bar and shops. Another focal point of the area is Piazza Benefica, which hosts every morning from Monday to Saturday the historical open market well know for the quality of its products.

Getting around

The apartment is very well located. The city centre is just 10/15 minutes away, the area around the house is served by the metro and the train station. Also, many bus lines are available in the surroundings of the house.

Cleaning fee --> 40€, Price of the cleaning fee is not included in the nightly price and must be calculated for each reservation. Extra costs: 2,30€ per night per guest for Tourist Tax, this amount must be paid cash at check-in., Payment policy: Half of the amount as deposit with bank transfer to confirm reservation, half at check-in in cash.

Apartment in perfect condition, in a really strategic location! A 3-minute clock from the Porta Susa Station (and its metro stop), the surrounding area is full of bars and great restaurants. Great communication with hosts and great care in preparing the apartment. I will definitely be back at Francesco's for my next stay in Turin!

Clean and cozy apartment in a convenient location (being five minutes from the subway) and downtown, the hosts were friendly and helpful. This is also a great option for longer stays. We'd love to go back.

I stayed with my family (me, my wife, and two 10- and 7-year-olds) at the Prince from April 22-25, 2022. We were pleased with the great organization and support. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, quiet, equipped with all the comforts (heating, vacuum cleaner, nespresso machine, internet connection). It is located in a strategic location, near the Porta Susa Station, near a delicious restaurant. The subway a few steps away allows you to quickly reach various places in the city. Highly recommended. Thank you to the host who is kind, helpful, and quick to help.

Appartamento confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Ottima la pulizia e in una zona molto bella e ben servita sia per i mezzi di trasporto che per i servizi pubblici, molto vicina alla stazione di Porta Susa. Unico problema riscontrato è stata l'aria condizionata del tutto insufficiente. Alloggio da consigliare.

This is a good spacious airbnb if you are looking for a convenient location near Porta Susa station and metro. Good local restaurant options nearby, and a supermarket if you want to make your own meals. Wifi connection very stable.

Clean, spacious apartment with a comfortable bed and good wifi. Great location with excellent fruit and veg shop opposite the well stocked little supermarket so if you want to self cater you can do it in style. We walked to almost all the sights except Lingotto, the old Fiat factory, which is just a metro ride away. Highly recommended.

The apartment is perfect. We had a problem with bedsheets for a second bed. But the host solved this problem the next day. The location is comfortable. The apartment has a beautiful balcony.
