Elegant apartment recently renewed, located in a strategic area of Turin, a few steps away from Porta Susa station and right at the gates of the city center.
The house is divided as follows; fully equipped kitchen and dining table, very useful for studying/working activities as well, double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe for personal belongings, single bedroom and bathroom. The house is located on the third floor of the building, which features an elevator.

Guest access

Guests will have the whole apartment at their own disposal.

Other things to note

The apartment is provided with bed linen and a set of towels for each guest (shower, hands and bidet). We kindly ask our guests to let us know how many beds they want us to prepare for their stay.

Location

Cit Turin is a lovely neighbourhood at the gates of the city centre, with typical architecture and some examples of Liberty. The main axes of the area are Via Principi d'Acaja and Via Duchessa Yolanda, lively streets that offer a wide choice of restaurants, bar and shops. Another focal point of the area is Piazza Benefica, which hosts every morning from monday to saturday the historical open market well know for the quality of its products.

Getting around

The apartment is very well located. The city centre is just 10/15 minutes away, the area around the house is served by the metro and the train station. Also, many bus lines are available in the surroundings of the house.

Cleaning fee --> 40€, Price of the cleaning fee is not included in the nightly price and must be calculated for each reservation. Extra costs: 2,30€ per night per guest for Tourist Tax, this amount must be paid cash at check-in., Payment policy: Half of the amount as deposit with bank transfer to confirm reservation, half at check-in in cash.

The house is well furnished and very clean. Located a few meters from Turin station brings Susa and you can reach the center on foot even if it takes really little time. The apartment is really perfect, I recommend it.

Francesco's place is well located - very close to Porta Susa station. Well connected by bus 56 which goes to the Castello and 60, 72 north of the city to Parco Dora. Shops are nearby, and the bonus is the market almost every morning in the small square that adjoins the crossroads. Bedding is comfortable. It was perfect for shining out in Turin. Quiet neighborhood and the most important is the access via a large hulking carriage that hides a courtyard where a restaurant is nestled. Very convenient when you get tired of your day. Just sit on a vegetated terrace with the elevator to access the apartment - That's great!

Good place to stay and to easily visit Torino (by foot or it is next to the bus, tram and train stations or by foot). The apartment was clean. Our daughter of 2 years old slept very well in the single bedroom. Francesco was very reactive and made some arrangements for us, really appreciated! We recommend without hesitation
