Elegant and functional apartment, equipped with all comforts, perfect for your stay in the city of Turin. Located in Porta Susa aera, a few minutes away from the train station and city centre. The apartment opens in the small living area with couch and tv. On the left we have the kitchen and dining room, as well as the bathroom. On the right we have the double bedroom with the king size bed. Every area of the house has been recently renovated.

The space

The space is modern and all furnitures are new and functional for the maximum comfort.

Guest access

Guests will have the whole apartment at their own disposal.

Other things to note

The apartment is provided with bed linen and a set of towels for each guest (shower, hands and bidet).

Location

Cit Turin is a lovely neighbourhood at the gates of the city centre, with typical architecture and some examples of Liberty. The main axes of the area are Via Principi d'Acaja and Via Duchessa Yolanda, lively streets that offer a wide choice of restaurants, bar and shops. Another focal point of the area is Piazza Benefica, which hosts every morning from monday to saturday the historical open market well know for the quality of its products.

Getting around

The apartment is very well located. The city centre is just 10/15 minutes away, the area around the house is served by the metro and the train station. Also, many bus lines are available in the surroundings of the house.

Extra costs: 2,30€ per night per guest for Tourist Tax, this amount must be paid cash at check-in., Payment policy: Half of the amount as deposit with bank transfer to confirm reservation, half at check-in in cash.

A small house with all the comforts and convenience of being located very close to the means and downtown. The neighborhood is lively and full of supermarkets and great restaurants within walking distance. Francesco was friendly and always available. For those arriving by car, consider the cost of parking that is available for a fee in the area except on holidays.

The apartment is clean and well maintained, also the accessibility is good. Everything is located in a very nice neighborhood, convenient to get there by train and with several car parks. Getting to the center is easy, too. The temperature of the apartment was perfect and so was the general cleanliness. Really great, when I return to Turin I will look first if this apartment will be available.

Beautiful loft in a convenient and centrally located location. Close to subway, services, shops and supermarkets. Simple but functional, thoughtful and comfortable furnishings. Perfect for a couple (I also saw a marquee that can be used as the third single bed) visiting the city.

Very nice place clean and concise exactly as listed, elevator to the top floor is nice when carrying luggage, shared courtyard with a good restaurant with friendly people and atmosphere. Good food places near by, local market down the street good bars and night life, better for younger people and more lively area than Centro.
